Entrenamiento durante el embarazo? Te lo tengo... Si nunca entrenaste pero deseas comenzar a hacerlo, no hay problema...ve al medico solicita un chequeo general, si la respuesta es positiva entonces el paso a seguir y lo mas conveniente es tener un Training suave, sin mucho esfuerzo, que te mantenga fuerte durante el embarazo y el parto. Si por el contrario estas acostumbrada a entrenar entonces sigue entrenando con moderacion. Ideal seria entrenar con bicicleta estatica, caminar, natacion, no te extra limites, no es una competencia, simplemente queremos fortalecer para llevar un embarazo y un parto mas sano. En ambos casos advertir a su entrenador y visitar al medico es imprescindible. Entrenar (Suavemente) durante la gestacion tiene diversos beneficios: -Previene la osteoporosis -Mejora la circulación de la sangre -Ayuda a que el bebé se coloque en la mejor posición -Reduce el estrés y libera endorfinas -Disminuye el dolor de la zona lumbar -Te dará beneficios psicológicos -Evita el aumento de peso excesivo durante el embarazo -Dormirás mejor -Entre otras concideraciones. No temas entrenar mientras disfrutas de tu embarazo, pero siempre ten en cuenta la opinion y aprobacion de tu medico . Si por el contrario el doctor considera que debes quedarte en casa… ¡HAZLE CASO! y punto. Tú misma sabrás leer tu cuerpo y notarás que habrá días donde tengas mucha más energía y te sientas bien y otros en los que solamente quieras descansar. Mantener siempre una buena alimentación e hidratación es imprescindible, ten en cuenta que ahora son dos o mas. BASICS, REPEAT, AD INFINITUM.. ••• In my opinion, terms like "whole body", "functional" etc are purely descriptive and void of any substance. ••• What i mean is, something being functional does not then follow it contains properties that make it a good or better exercise. ••• Its simply a word to categorise a particular movement. ••• To the extent that "functional" movements exist and are of use, the Farmers Walk is probably king. ••• 1) its very "functional"🙄 picking up something heavy and moving it ••• 2) the nature of the movement is condusive to lifting heavy weight (230kgs, yes the douche in me hasnt died) ••• 3) its a brutal test of physical and mental strength. ••• 4) it hurts to your absolute soul, and is what i call constructive cardio. You burn the calories and have an opportunity to stimulate hypertrophy, along with all the benefits of strength. ••• Enjoy😈 James Killen
