Hey, I just go with the flow, dont blame me...!! lol 😬🤷🏼‍♀️ I started with a leg circuit and superset all the exercises with no rest in between except for about a minute in between rounds, and then completed 5 rounds before doing the same with the upper body. Sweating a lot on your hands during the WOD? Too much sweat on your hands, whether it’s coming from your hands or your forearms can decrease the friction between you and the bar. That in turn causes you to fatigue your grip and increases your chance of ripping a callus. Use chalk to soak up all that sweat but make sure to wipe off the excess! If that doesn’t work, try using sweatbands on your wrists to keep sweat from dripping down! I was just thinking last night as I was working on the Pilates Reformer, how good it makes my body feel. As a matter of fact, when I have joint pain, my four favorite things are Reformer, Water, Barre/Standing Pilates, and CoreAlign. When I feel stronger I like to run/hike, and lift weights. I also like yoga. I do the movement that feels right and double-triple check my diet for inflammatory foods to eliminate and increase my water consumption. I also stay thankful. This is how I win. #rawarrior

Sundays workout. As I was putting this together I was going back and forth in my head. Man this is going to be great! I'm going to crush this! Are you crazy? You are going to do too much! That is what I was thinking. These thoughts plus all the noise from the outside world are what told me that I must do this. It wasn't pretty but I finished it. Hey I can only get better from here, stronger, faster, more rounds. Here it is! @tom_reilly_vmisports thank you for the #vmisports shirt. @chrismvilla thanks for the camera work and encouragement. 500 meter row in 2 minutes. 100 reps burpees. 100 reps deadlifts. 100 reps kettle bell swings. 100 reps battle rope. I was flying through the burpees at 25 I was feeling good, at 35 I hit a wall. Had to catch my breath and slow down. Same thing with the deadlifts. At 35 again I had to stop and break it down into sets. It took me just under a hour to finish, I'm not happy with that. I did only 1 round, I'm not happy with that.
