Anyone else like Friday night workouts? I don’t always train on Friday nights, but when I do I love it! The gym is empty, I usually don’t worry about recording my workout, and I do my thing! Check in from this morning ☀️ ✌🏻 ____________________________________________ Currently drinking approx 5L of water a day 💦 Eating 6 meals every few hours to keep my metabolism up 💪🏼. Cut my caffeine intake in HALF. My cortisol and adrenal glands were shot! So I now take a a few natural products to help with repairing my body 🌿 🏃🏻‍♀️❣️ ____________________________________________ My routine right now is killer 💀 🤘🏻 I love being super active myself 😅 I miss living on the west for that reason 🏔 ! But I currently take 2 ACTIVE rest days, when I teach spin @ymmgymnation and lift 5 days a week!
