Pour conclure, j’aimerai encore plus de masse mais je suis heureux car j’ai battu le vieux moi. . . . . 2nd year competing 4 weeks out of the @floridagrandprix vs 3rd year competing 4 weeks out of the @flexlewisclassic improvement have been made and looking back at old pictures I can’t believe how much my body have changed. Talking about changes and motivational quotes and so on is cute but have something to back out what you preach. I want of course to be bigger but only time and dedication will make that happen. What’s up everyone! 👊🏻 chips here. Today we’re focusing on a “standing overhead dumbbell tricep press”. That’s a mouthful 😆 This move will work on ur triceps (the back side of ur arm). Do’s: feet together, knees straight, low back tight, shoulders back, chest proud. Dont’s: wide stance, bend/bounce knees, slouch, jerk. - When u start lower the weight make sure ur elbows stay tucked in. Try as much as possible not to let ur elbows flare. If u lose form adjust the weight. This is an awkward position.
