A tat improvement on the poundages post last wo. The good part about using equipments is that it helps you to balance out the weakness that would otherwise prevent you from hitting the poundages. The trip side it reduces your functional output. My squat high was 4 plates (each side), post lower back strain it's struggling between 2 to 3 plates. Here with ergonomic stabilization (of the core) I can manage 6 plates making my legs scream. I think I can still manage another 2 plates (each side) , will get to that in while.
