Tag your 🥑 loving friends in the comments below! • #Repost @fitonomykitchen ・・・ VOLUME EATING HACK - AVOCADO🥑 ⠀ Are you a smashed avo on toast lover 🥑🍞? ⠀ It is definitely pretty easy to go overboard with avocado especially because they are so delicious! ⠀ Even though avos are super healthy since they are loaded with healthy monounsaturated fats, fibre, vitamin C and folate (just to name a few), a serving size is still only ~30-50g. ⠀ My trick is to mix avocado with ricotta (regular or reduced fat), it helps reduce the calorie load without reducing the volume! ⠀ Really, it’s a perfectly balanced mix of healthy fat, protein and fibre that will keep you feeling full and satisfied! Perfect for breakfast or lunch! ⠀ This trick also helps me out because I follow a modified FODMAP diet and struggle to tolerate large portions of avocado! ⠀ ⠀ Tag a friend below you think this would help👇🏼

"I can't..." is a misleading statement. Why is it misleading? Because there is no such thing as "can't". . When we say that we "cannot" do something, we're really saying one of three things: . 1-I don't want to. . 2-I'm not ready. . 3-I don't know how . Getting clear on what you want changes the game! . If you don't want to, that's fine. Be honest about it instead of beating yourself up and stressing over something that's of no interest to you. . If you're not ready yet, that's also fine. Make it happen when the time is right. . If you don't know how, learn! Find the info you need to accomplish what you want. . This difference is important because it puts you in charge of your situation and shows that you have options. . One of the best things we can do is stop using misleading, vague statements like I can't and I should. . What CAN you do? . What WILL you do? . Focus on statements and questions like this. They are more likely to lead to action, and actions bring you closer to what you want!
