My mind kept telling

Today, I woke up in bad mood and utterly tired. My mind kept telling me the entire morning in a continuous monologue :" Just give it up, you won't achieve your dreams, you won't attain what you have always fought for. Nobody cares about your challenge and nobody cares about what your are doing. Take a deep breath and accept who you really are." So, I had to take action and stop immediately the racing stream of negative thoughts. I put my clothes on and went for a walk to the park nearby just to change the surroundings and stop thinking negatively. On my road to the park as a light breeze touched my skin I reasoned : " Of course I can do it ! I can attain my goals and achieve my dreams, why should I listen to my mind ? It just want to deceive me and make me believe I can't do it. This is my challenge and I won't stop — even my mind can't stop me — I inspired some great women and girls ( and probably a handful of men ) to take action, and willing to inspire more for the years to come. Finally, I ran for 10 min as a warm-up and did my full body workout in the park. It was completely wonderful. Here's my advice to all of you great people : Never ever listen to your mind if it started thinking badly. Cut the bullsh*t and act positively, if I did it you can also do it. Balancing thought and action will always be a challenge for many people. When you spend too much time picturing what a project is going to be like, too much time thinking about how awesome it will be… and too little time actually making the thing, you make no progress. With respect to goals, projects, and other to-do items, it’s easy to get stuck too long in the thinking phase. The economist and author of Average is Over, Tyler Cowen, agrees: “The more information that’s out there, the greater the returns to just being willing to sit down and apply yourself. Information isn’t what’s scarce; it’sthe willingness to do something with it.” “The two most important requirements for major success are: first, being in the right place at the right time, and second, doing something about it” says Ray Kroc Many people get excited about a lot of ideas. But unfortunately they easily begin pushing them further back on their to-do lists, if not completely disregarding them as being unfeasibleor unreaslistic. When you value “the thinking mindset” more than “the doing mindset” you will eventually end up with a note app or notebook full of dozens or even hundreds of ideas and plans. Greater percentage of them will never be done. And you will most likely not think about a lot of them again. Some are maybe 5–10% complete, and a few maybe at least 50% done. It can quickly turn into inaction habit. Results come to those who “act” while others are discovering the “right” ways to generate results. A decision alone changes nothing. Two months of hard work, dedication and consistency and I’m feeling free, confident and energized! I’ve learned to listen to my body and eat foods that fuel me and give me energy. I like to call them high-energy foods! Foods that I love are foods with lots of color; peppers, carrots, beets, blueberries, raspberries, apples as well as greens like spinach, romaine lettuce, micro greens, broccoli, cucumbers. It’s summer so I’m really into salads and all things fresh. I always have 3 ounces of protein with each meal, usually chicken, eggs or fish. And of course I ate good fats like avocado and coconut, avocado oils. I will admit that drinking tons of water is hard for me. I did increase my water intake a ton, but it wasn’t easy. I used an app to remind me and did my best to always have a water bottle with me. I stayed away from what I call low energy foods. Foods that make be bloated slow me down and make me feel crappy. For me, low energy foods are fake sugars, breads, alcohol, and dairy. I would love to know what are your go to high-energy foods? 💪🏼🥑🥬🍎🥗
