YES! Feeling strong, empowered and energized this morning! I have a short term goal that is keeping me focused this week. Friday, May 3, will be our 5 year wedding anniversary and we will be celebrating with a lovely staycation. (Yay! 24 hours just me and @miguelanovo Miguel #nokids) I want to feel and look my best, so that means eating lots of leafy greens, drinking a ton of water, working out every day and getting at least 8 hours of sleep. A lot of you have asked me, Steph, how do you stay motivated? I wanted to share 3 things that I do to keep me in peak state and focused on my health and fitness. • #1 GOAL SETTING. I set long term and short term goals. Long term goals are what I want to achieve in a 12 months. Short terms goals are the things I want to achieve in 30 days. I like to have short terms goals while staying focused on the long term goal. This keeps things interesting and fun! • #2 VISUALIZATION. I spend 10 minutes every day focusing on what I want. I really see it, I feel it and I put myself in the place of how I will feel once I’ve achieve it. I visualize what I will look like. What kind of foods I eat. How much energy I have. The way my clothes feel. What my mood is like. I visualize every aspect of my future life and I put myself there in my mind. • #3 MOFA (MOTIVATING FACTOR) I figure out what I really truly want and WHY I want it. I need something that I am so passionate about that nothing will get in my way. I find something that is so important to me, that when I might be a little more tired that usual, or there might be an event where there is more temptation to eat the low energy foods, or drink to many cocktails, that I remind myself of my MOFA, my big motivating factor, and it’s like a shock to my system and I remember why I’m putting in all the hard work, and I’m able to say no to the sugary foods and yes to showing up for myself! I would LOVE to hear how you stay motivated, or what your goals are and how you are going to crush them! Post below and let’s inspired each other! ♥️💪🏼🌟🤗

Der Doktor hatte mir dann leider Antibiotikum verschrieben.. Was für mich dann wieder hieß "Trainingspause“ 😩😩 ... Nervt zwar aber man möchte ja gesund werden und das so schnell wie möglich... Aber nix zu trotz bin ich wieder auf dem Weg der Besserung und werde am Montag wieder ins Gym gehen 💪💯 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ▪️Was haltet ihr davon wie die Wetter Situation momentan ist & wünscht ihr euch nicht auch endlich denn Sommer?
