FAILURE HAPPENS👇🏼 * Yesterday’s shoulder workout was one for the books. Got to the gym and met up with @tom_the_builder18 and Carl to do some dumbbell presses. We didn’t really anticipate how many sets were going to do or how heavy we were going to lift, but here’s how it went down⬇️ * Dumbbell Shoulder Press Set 1: 60lbs for 15 Set 2: 70lbs for 12 Set 3: 80lbs for 8 Set 4: 90lbs for 6 Set 5: 95lbs for 4 Set 6: 100lbs for 7 (was supposed to be only 2 reps, but the adrenaline kept me going from hitting 100lbs for the first time😂) Set 7 and Set 8 are shown in the video: tried to hit 110lbs for 1-2. FAILED MISERABLY! * I made this little video to show you guys that it’s not always a great night at the gym. The weights you want to lift won’t always go up. The weights WILL humble you sometimes and you WILL fail. It’s just up to you on whether or not you’re going to bounce back from your failures. * Life will hand you L’s for as long as you live. Take all those losses in, go back to the drawing board, and come back again.
