Happy Thursday! 🤩 - Is your gym always crowded? I know mine is, especially around this time of year. You probably spend more time waiting for machines and end up losing that pump you had. - Plan your workouts ahead of time & pick a spot in the gym where you can do a bunch of exercises in the same area. You don’t always need fancy machines. You can have a 💣 workout with just dumbbells or a barbell! - Should I post some dumbbell or barbell only workouts? Let me know 👇🏽👇🏽

We all have a starting point regardless of where it is. Learning what you don’t want if you’re unsure of what you do want is so important - this requires experiencing as many things as possible. You’ll never truly appreciate and understand what you have (or want) until you’ve experienced what it’s like to not quite be where you need to be. To work for someone with completely different goals than you. To be in an environment you’re unsure of. To work around people who don’t value you as a person. These create intense markers for us to be able to say ‘I don’t want to feel that way everyday’ or ‘my days are better when spent being able to have the freedom to do x, y and z’. These are all things we learn by doing or experiencing. I find it easy to set a goal or intention and not realize what you were signing up for when you achieved it. Who here has gone to college or taken a job that they ended up absolutely hating?! Lots of people. It’s normal. But the key thing to take from that is WHY didn’t you enjoy it and also what did you APPRECIATE about it? Could you have made the situation better by changing your mindset? Evaluate the real reasons so you’re able to figure out what comes next that has qualities you need and aspects you can align with. We can apply this to all steps we make towards our future.
