This course teaches the origins of Yoga, the relevance of ancient yoga text, understanding the eight limbs of yoga and understanding the 4 paths of yoga🙏 . Also the concept of kriyas, mudras techniques, bandha techniques and much more 🧘‍♀️ . Anatomy and physiology for yoga is also covered aswell as breath awareness and understanding pranayama 🙏 . Hi everybody Here's a quick effective workout for you all! You will need a TRX /cable machine/resistance band or just buy a @ko8_fitness which is all in one!! I am using the ko8. Try 3- 5 rounds of this sequence with no breaks in between each exercise. 🤔Do you remember the moment in time when you decided, "This is it," and committed to working out? Where were you? How did you look? How did you feel? You have to have a purpose or else the smallest excuse will derail you. This is very much a mindset thing that the most successful people have figured out. Find your reason for getting a workout in and make it matter. If you don't feel the urgency in your gut then look deeper – it's there somewhere. . The common reasons I hear are health-related, self-image, and setting an example for children or loved ones. I would encourage you to dig deeper and attach something very personal and unique to you. That's what makes it real for you. . My go-to purpose statement is simple: CONSISTENCY WINS! At the end of the day, it really does not matter whether I “feel like” working out or not, the results will happen if I JUST DO IT. I also constantly remind myself that I don’t have to like the workout for it to be effective. 🤯

If anyone had asked me nine years ago If I would consider being a bellydance instructor and dancer, I would have laughed in their face! Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would be performing bellydance let alone teaching it. My journey took me to dance fitness, and I have been a certified American College of Sports Medicine fitness instructor for 20+ years.
