So I added some improvements to my baked chicken recipe. It now includes a bag of mixed veggies since micronutrients are becoming vitally important due to the caloric deficit and cardio I have began implementing more and more. Also I wrap the entire pan with tin foil and poke holes in the top to allow the steam through while still keeping the chicken juicy. I cook this concoction for 40 minutes at 380. Oh yeah I also use coconut oil and garlic seasoning. The macros for this meal are P: 66 C: 20 F: 3. I am one of those people who either is always working or never working. There is no real in between which is kinda rough when you want to get stuff done and kick some serious booty but you dont want to spend all your time stressed out about work and stuff. So I am trying to teach myself to have balance in all things. When and when not to go to the gym, how to eat healthy 90% of the time and eat unhealthy sometimes too without feeling guilty, how to work hard but how to know when it's okay to take a break but also how to know when I need to start again. There is so much I want to do and to change in my life and I want a lot of these changes to reflect on my account and I just cant wait to see things change!
