I'm doing that to make sure I'm holding my core in tight and not twisting to complete the press. If you are twisting, use lower weight!!⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ 🎋Front Shoulder Raise (4x10): The cable hits your lady parts. It's a thing 😅. I swear these look easier than they are. Keep arms straight the entire time to engage the shoulders and not the biceps.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ 🎋Machine Chest Fly (4x12): It's all about getting to a position with the arms being direction out to your sides and then pushing with the chest forward. Slight bend in the elbow is important, but not too much.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ 🎋Chest Press (4x12): I LOVE doing the chest press on a machine. If you're new to lifting I HIGHLY recommend using this machine over the free weight barbell as it's safer and keeps your form in check, especially if you don't have a spotter. ⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ 🎋Single Arm Overhead Press (4x10 each side): Keep the core tight and don't twist the body. Just 10 more lunges!!!!!! Sometimes it takes a whole lot to do just a little but doing just a little leads to a whole lot. I’m thankful for the encouragement around me. Sometimes it’s the only motivation i got. In the end it’s well worth it! 💪🏼 just keep going that’s all i know to do.

При выполнении жима также задействуются передние дельты, а также трицепсы. Чем уже будет хват, тем больше воздействия будет на трицепс. Плюсы от упражнений жим головой вниз - При проработке каждого грудного сегмента под нужным углом мышечные волокна грудной клетки развиваются более объемно; - Для женщин жим вниз способствует подтяжке груди и приданию линии бюста более выразительных форм; - При выполнении классического варианта жима лежа силовые показатели будут значительно выше; - Больше задействованы будут сами грудные мышцы, а не вспомогательные; - Минимизация травм за счет снятия нагрузки на плечи; - Нижняя часть спины будет разгружена, что также снизит опасность травм. Приведенные аргументы явно говорят в пользу жима под углом вниз. Хват в упражнении рекомендуется средний. Ошибочно считать, что в нем работает только трицепс. При среднем хвате возможно задействование мышц груди, и точечное воздействие на нижние пучки, так как срыв с груди все равно происходит за счет мышц груди. Снаряд опускается ниже линии сосков, ближе к солнечному сплетению. После касания штангу нужно остановить на груди, и одним плавным, но скоростным движением выжать вверх. Только такая техника позволяет избавиться от риска падения снаряда, и выжать достаточно серьезный вес. Локти следует разгибать полностью.
