Sophie’s Squat Fixes! In deel 2 wil ik het hebben over de vrije val squat (heb ik weer een mooie naam gegeven, toch?!). . Als ik in de gym om me heen kijk, lijkt het vaak alsof het doel van de squat snelheid maken geworden is. Een heleboel dames zakken namelijk naar beneden met een snelheid waar de vrije val op de kermis niks bij is! . En dat is zonde. Wanneer je zo snel naar beneden komt verlies je a) Range of Motion en b) controle onderin de beweging (waardoor het lastiger wordt om omhoog te komen). . Ik leer PT cliëntes altijd aan om ongeveer in 3 seconde naar beneden te zakken. Zo geef je jezelf genoeg tijd om diepte te pakken en behoud je controle over je bewegingspatroon. . Zo ook bij @monique_jansen_1979 . In het derde filmpje zie je haar squat van april dit jaar. Ze komt hier te snel naar beneden. Hierdoor mist ze flink wat ROM en is de squat onderin ongecontroleerd (een soort bounce). Met verlies van zelfvertrouwen als gevolg. . Tijdens 4 PT sessies hebben we gesleuteld aan haar squat en het gaat nu al een heel stuk beter (video 4). Meer diepte en controle gedurende de hele beweging. En dankzij deze techniek en zelfvertrouwen gains, squat ze nu ook met meer gewicht! . Heb jij moeite hiermee? Boek dan snel een PT sessie. Kleine investering maar het zal je training sessies een flinke boost geven 💪🏼💥.

For min del lever jeg livet i en matboks til tider, og det kan bli noe kjedelig. Derfor prøver jeg så godt det lar seg gjøre å lage mat som både ser og smaker godt ! Mat er viktig. Det å ha et sunt forhold til mat gir deg en god fordel om man skal ut å være i litt mer fysisk aktivitet enn bare en gåtur. Spiser du "riktig" vil dette ha en enorm effekt på både søvn, kropp og sjel. Du vil få progresjon raskere etter trening, du vil sove bedre om natten, og du vil føle deg mye bedre, opplagt og konsentrer igjennom dagen. I dag blir det 👇🏼til middag 1️⃣ 250g strimle svinekjøtt (stekt sammen med rent krydder) 2️⃣ 3 egg som jeg stekte sammen med kjøttet 3️⃣ Skulle ha ris... men den ble svidd 🤣 4️⃣1/2 Agurk 5️⃣ 1/2 paprika _______________________________________ SLEEP, EAT, WORKOUT, REPEAT 👊🏻
