My mind kept telling

Today, I woke up in bad mood and utterly tired. My mind kept telling me the entire morning in a continuous monologue :" Just give it up, you won't achieve your dreams, you won't attain what you have always fought for. Nobody cares about your challenge and nobody cares about what your are doing. Take a deep breath and accept who you really are." So, I had to take action and stop immediately the racing stream of negative thoughts. I put my clothes on and went for a walk to the park nearby just to change the surroundings and stop thinking negatively. On my road to the park as a light breeze touched my skin I reasoned : " Of course I can do it ! I can attain my goals and achieve my dreams, why should I listen to my mind ? It just want to deceive me and make me believe I can't do it. This is my challenge and I won't stop — even my mind can't stop me — I inspired some great women and girls ( and probably a handful of men ) to take action, and willing to inspire more for the years to come. Finally, I ran for 10 min as a warm-up and did my full body workout in the park. It was completely wonderful. Here's my advice to all of you great people : Never ever listen to your mind if it started thinking badly. Cut the bullsh*t and act positively, if I did it you can also do it. Simply working out also has a massive impact on your Mind-to-body-connection, cause you learn which muscle you have to contract so you can hold yourself or a weight in place. Fit people show a specific advantage in what is known as fluid intelligence, or the ability to learn and retain new information. You can almost describe fitness as a similar activity than meditation. Gelatina de fresa 🍓 🍓1 taza de queso cottage 🍓1 taza yogurt griego sin azúcar 🍓Stevia al gusto 🍓2 sobres de grenetina o 15 g 🍓8-10 Fresas Licuar todos los ingredientes menos la grenetina. Hidratar la grenetina en 1/2 taza de agua caliente y remover bien hasta que se disuelva. Agregar la grenetina a la mezcla anterior y volver a licuar. Vaciar en un molde para gelatina y refrigerar.
