I start a new job tomorrow and I'm a bit of an anxious mess. There's the first day nerves, learning new procedures and working out the company culture. Mainly the anxiety is around the new routine and unknown workplace facilities - the food situation!! . So I thought, why not write a blog post and share what I'm doing to calm nerves for my first day. Perhaps it can help another introverted athelete, or at least show how weirdly organised I can be. After being sick for a week amd not having what seems like not enough sleep, I decided to stop making excuses and headed back to the gym. Although sitting on the couch sounded way more appealing after a long day at work, I pushed myself to drive straight to the gym. What I love about this gym is that everyone is focused on their goals and are passionate about it. I'm constantly trying to be better and I know it'll take awhile, but I'm forever trying to attain and be in better shape and become stronger than before. Здравствуйте мои дорогие пончики 😅 можно я буду так к вам обращаться? Не стоит обижаться, я ведь любя😉 По традиции начинаем с лайка❤️ За свои 30 лет, я два раза в своей жизни поправлялась очень сильно. Во время беременности и во время развода с бывшим мужем. Мой вес до замужества был 58-59 килограмм, при росте 168 см. Я была в хорошей форме, спортом кроме редких домашних тренировок не промышляла, ела все, особенно мучное 😬а лет мне было 20 чудесный возраст 🤭 Потом беременность, когда я поправилась до 78 килограмм, да,да кушала я и тогда не стесняясь. И вот отложив личинку человечка, я была в страхе, что сейчас как и большинство мамочек, не смогу вернуть себе былые формы. И вот у моего сына аллергия и у меня строгая диета. Рис, лук, морковь, конина, и зелёные овощи и фрукты. За месяц я пришла в форму, за 6 месяцев схуднула до 54 и это уже было опасно. Тогда я перевела сына на человеческую еду, отняла титьку и начала есть. Так как мой организм был истощен. Причем из 54 кг моего веса, каждая грудь налитая молоком весила около килограмма. Да, молока было очень много. Листай ленту и увидишь мой максимальный вес при беременности и минимальный на монограммой диете. Я делюсь с вами очень личными фотография, и да, я красила волосы во время беременности 😅 Интересно продолжение моей истории? But that doesn’t mean your week has to go to $hi+! 💩 . . Here are my TOP TIPS for getting back on track today, or any time the weekend takes you off course:👌🏻 . . 🔹 ONE DECISION AT A TIME: Instead of saying “I’m not having ONE bite of candy all week” just take the right next step in your day, like having oatmeal for breakfast instead of that Peep or donut that’s sitting on your counter 😉 . . 🔹 DITCH THE GUILT: What’s done is done, and you’re not moving backward, so don’t look that way! If beating yourself up helped you reach your goals, don’t you think you’d be there already? Try something different! Try focusing on the power that you DO have to control your day going forward. . . 🔹 PRACTICE “WHY-POWER”: Some people think it’s WILLPOWER that you need, but to me that implies something is off limits and you have to force yourself to avoid it. In my world, nothing is off limits. But my WHY for making healthy choices is that I know it makes me feel better, I have more energy, more confidence, etc. So that implies that it’s my CHOICE to ditch the leftover jellybeans and chocolate bunnies today. So lately my training has been a little less intense while my life has been getting a little more full and I’ve been making way for lots of changes. Yes I definitely struggle with this (all my fitness obsessed friends will understand😂) however, even though I’m not training as hard and eating as clean as usual, I’m still pretty consistent. I still train regularly, try and keep healthy habits like drinking lots of water, taking vitamins eating fruit and veggies, avoid processed food etc and this has helped me keep my shape pretty well - give or take some booty 😂 When changes are taking place in life and you’re feeling a bit out of routine, use it as a time to give your body a rest and readjust. Personally I find myself always overdoing things, training included. I’m not much of a half way kinda girl, but I’m learning to take things as they come and use the changes as a way of refocusing my goals and intentions, for training and everything else. Bit of a long post but I hope this is helpful for someone ☺️💜 . . . . . #healthyeating

❌ REPOST ❌ . . February 2019 -> April 2019 💪🏼🔥💜 . 14.8 lbs ⬇️ . I couldn’t be more proud of how the beginning of my journey with @beastunleashedfitness has been. I walked into the door thinking I knew all about fitness and how to eat healthy. Well, little did I know, I was the heaviest i ever was so obviously I didn’t know. In these 2 months, I not only lost weight and gained muscle, I also learned how to eat healthy and gained a crap ton of confidence/happiness back into my life. I am so proud of the progress i have made and can’t wait to see where I am in the next 2 months. Most importantly, I appreciate the friendship and knowledge I have created with @britbeast_. Upper Body Day💪🏾 . Had a really good upper body session today so I filmed some of the workouts for y’all!💪🏾 today I switched up my style of training. I normally focus on a specific body part each day( back, legs, shoulders, etc.) Now I am doing * upper body * Lower Body * Upper body * Lower Body * Full Body . . It’s very important that when you are working out that you are enjoying what you’re doing. I personally do not like feeling like I’m in a “ routine” , so I will switch things up to make it new for me. Which is why I decided to switch up my training. I will eventually switch back to focusing on specific body parts, because I think it’s great to train a specific muscle group, but for now I am switching it up and I have to say my workout was SO good today! . . Save this for your next workout! Hope everyone is having a good day!💓
