Aufbau Update 💕 Teil 3 . 💭Psyche: Ich will ganz ehrlich sein. Anfänglich war es garnicht mal so einfach für mich. Ist immerhin das erste Mal, wo es in meinem Fitnessjouney um zunehmen geht😁 Und kontrolliert intuitiv aufzubauen ist garnicht so einfach. Habe dann erstmal gut etwas an „Fett“ angebaut und dann natürlich auch gleich gezweifelt ob es das richtige ist. Ob ich das kann. Ob ich das wirklich will☝🏻 Aber ich habe einfach mal weiter gemacht und das war genau das Richtige. Voll nach dem Motto „Gut Ding hat Weile“ und so ist es auch ❤️🙏🏻 Das „Fett“ hat sich mittlerweile gut verteilt und ich habe auch eine gute Mitte für den Überschuss gefunden um eben nicht noch mehr an Fett zu zunehmen. Also, wenn ihr zweifelt kann ich das voll verstehen, aber wirklich bleibt dran, wenn es euer Ziel ist Muskeln auszubauen 💪🏻 Am Ende wird alles gut 💓 . Habt ihr in eurem Aufbau auch schon gezweifelt? Wie war das bei euch mit dem „Fett“? Würde mich mega interessieren ❤️

Oft habe ich das Gefühl jeder weiß genau was er will im Leben 😅 Und dann bin da noch ich: Ich habe keinen Peil, was ich beruflich genau machen will, wo ich in 1 Jahr stehen will, ganz zu schweigen von 10 Jahren 😅🙈 In den letzten Wochen sind mir aber einige wichtige Erkenntnisse genommen, darüber welche Dinge ich gerne mache, was ich gerne noch erleben möchte und was mir generell wichtig ist. . Außerdem habe ich gemerkt, dass ich es liebe zu lernen, zu wachsen und ein Mensch bin, der Stillstand hasst. Deshalb möchte ich 2019 gerne an meine bisherigen Lizenzen anknüpfen und eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Gesundheit machen 😊 . If you’ve been following a keto or a low carb diet for sometime and you feel like your fat loss seems to be stagnant then you know you have to ‘shock’ your body. . . . So so happy post the cheat 😂. Sorry for the spam. We just out here trying to get our posts in 😅. ANYWAY sit down with me for a minute. I want to talk about DOPAMINE today. ________________________________ I think we live in one of THE MOST incredible times ever. There's so many resources available right at our fingertips. ________________________________ One thing that I think we should be more careful of is how often we're choosing easy dopamine sources. ________________________________ So dopamine (if I understand correctly) is basically the feel good chemical your brain releases when you do something that's good. ________________________________ Especially when it's good for survival. For example: Eating, socializing, reproducing (ha that's funny) ________________________________ However we live in a generation where all these dopamine sources are available at great ease. Need food? You can order incredible tasting food right to your home. ________________________________ For socializing we now have social media. There's a reason notifications feel good. They release dopamine in your brain. ________________________________ I'm not saying these things are bad. I think it's great that we have these resources. They're great to turn to when you feel like absolute poo. Because they do make you feel good. ________________________________ The problem IMO is getting used to them. Because in my experience when I was opting for easy dopamine sources, I expected fast results and instant gratification in everything I did. I think this was because I was used to it. ________________________________ I had no patience and wouldn't stick to things. ________________________________ Now that I've cut out some of the east dopamine sources, I feel more patient. I don't feel the need for instant gratification AS MUCH. ________________________________ Don't get me wrong I'm still a little bit spoiled, but not as much as before ________________________________ Anyway I hope some of that made sense. It was just smth on my mind

Don't always satisfy your cravings with a healthy substitute as you probably will not be gratified and might end up binging on that chocolate or whatever your heart was set on. Woke up feeling fresh, I’m now off work until Tuesday so I took the opportunity to get some well needed sleep 😴 Sleep/rest is just as important as working out, this is the time where we let our body repair and recover from the hard work we put in 💪 Without a decent sleep your performance in the gym isn’t going to be what it could! I’ve noticed that this week, I caught up on sleep last weekend and every single exercise I’ve done this week has gone up in weight simply because my body had been more recovered and I had more energy! 😁

To ensure you get a good amount of protein in per day, it's wise to spread it well across all the meals of your day - generally that means around 30g per meal. How do you gauge that? . . You should know that animal protein sources are more protein dense.. and more bio-available to our bodies (And I say that as a vegetarian!) BUT it's still possible to get it all in on a non-carnivore diet. Other options: -Just over 1 serving of protein powder - 5 large eggs (each at 6g protein) - nearly 1.5 bars of a protein bar (most have around 20g each bar) . How many times have you said to yourself “I’ll train later” and it never happens? I can hold my hand up to being guilty of this 🙋🏻‍♀️ For a while due to a few things I had completely lost my motivation to train.. I would wake up in the morning and say to myself “I’ll train after work” which most of the time didn’t happen for a couple of reasons: Lets be honest and say I was tired and couldn’t have been bothered after a long day, I finished later than expected and the gym was closed or sometimes life just got in the way and other things took priority over a workout. A couple of months ago I realised my goals had all taken a huge setback due to this lack of motivation and I had to get back to myself. I promised myself I would follow one rule and that is to never assume that I will do later what I can do now. For me with my work morning training suits me best to insure I get a workout in everyday. I have had to train myself to get back into the routine of setting my alarm a lot earlier each morning and to get out of bed and get it done.. which isn’t easy on these winter mornings ❄️ but since following this routine these past two months I haven’t missed a workout, sometimes I even manage to get two sessions in a day. Following this one rule has not only helped me achieve my fitness goals but other life goals to 😊 So no matter what your goals are in life here is a little something to think about.. actions get things done, intensions don’t and planning to do something will never be as effective as doing it now ✨💪🏼
