Sometimes I question my presence on here & feel unmotivated to post. I ask myself how many times I can share the same message and it still hit home for you guys! - I put a lot of pressure on myself to share meaningful things & things that I am going through hoping it will be relatable for y'all. - But putting this pressure on myself to ONLY share meaningful messages means it's hard for me to post consistently. - I have a full-time job, this little corner of social media I have created is just a hobby. I don't want to spend too much time on it/I can't spend too much time on it. - So why do I put all this pressure on myself to share ONLY super deep things🤷🏽‍♀️ - So, here's a pic of me and my pups on our nightly walk. Hey y’all! How’s everything going? A few updates as I’ve been MIA from social for what feels like an eternity 👉 For starters I am about a week post Whole30 and it’s been a “journey” to say the least... I say that because it’s been a struggle to be creative on this platform and to be completely honest I’ve been having trouble being myself on here. my 10 month booty transformation!🍑 . y'all... when I put these two pictures together I was so so so SHOOK! I am seriously so inspired and happy with my progress! . this took time and patience y'all... gaining quality weight & muscle is very very hard for me, but with hard work and dedication everything is possible! ✨So if you're frustrated that you aren't seeing progress as fast as you'd like, hang on in there, keep working hard, and in a few months you will see the difference! . I have been "bulking" basically ever since I started getting very serious about weight training (which was like 10 months ago). I barely do cardio now (which I want to get back to) and I make sure I am eating enough calories and enough protein👏 . I also make sure every one of my sessions is hard and heavy. Trust me, if all I did was "booty" body weight exercises I would've never made the progress I made now. You CANNOT and WILL NOT maximize your muscle gains by just doing your body weight. . Doing heavy compound exercises like squats, deadlifts and hip thrusts accompanied with accessory exercises are KEY and are the reason I have basically transformed my body in that amount of time. I used to never do compound exercises but honestly the moment I did my physique completely changed! . I am planning to do a youtube video about my body transformation and tips on how I gained muscle on a vegan diet very very soon... would you guys be interested in watching that? . 🏋🏻‍♀️ Philosophische Fragen am Morgen... wenn man alleine das Gym zerstört und keiner es mitbekommt... ist es wirklich passiert 😳 Der Muskelkater ist noch nicht da leider aaaaaber das Training nach der Arbeit gestern war echt top! War erst total müde und wollte es auf heute skippen 😅 gut dass ich es trotzdem durchgezogen habe! Heute hab ich frei und denke ich mache wieder eine Radtour 🚲 nach Schwetzingen ins Gym, bisschen Pool und Wellness 😍 Bin da übrigens so oft weil es eine Aktion gab: 40€ für 40 Tage! Deshalb versuche ich so oft es geht das noch auszunutzen 💪 Genug gelabert, ihr habt sicher auch viel zu tun. Was steht bei euch heute an? P. Buy packets of the nuts and seeds you like (I choose: Almonds, Walnuts, Cashews, Hazelnuts, Pecans, Sunflower seeds, Pumpkin seeds and Flax seeds) and mix it all into a container!
