KNEE POSITION IN SQUATS. I’m using a goblet squat to explain this but it goes for all squats. A lot of people tend to keep their feet straight and drive their knees straight forward. This is going to hurt your knees and stop you getting deep enough in the squat. What you need to do is point your feet slightly outwards and drive your knees towards your baby toe. If you have been getting knee pain from squats then try this and let me know how it goes 💪

✨Saturday Morning Biscuits✨ : : : My ONLY hope is that I’m getting this to you with enough time for you to enjoy them today! : Need 3 cups of All Purpose Flour 4 tsp of baking powder 1/2 tsp of salt 4 tbsp of Stevia 3/4 cups of COLD AF light butter 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice 1 egg 1 cup of low fat milk More flour for the counter 🌈 — 1️⃣Mix together all dry ingredients in a bowl! 2️⃣Add in butter and cut with 2 forks or a dough blender. Should be chunks of butter. 3️⃣ Add in milk and your egg. Stir slowly but don’t over do it. 4️⃣Sprinkle flour on the counter and place dough on counter. Kneed dough 10-12 times. 5️⃣ Pat dough until ~1 inch thick. Use a biscuit cutter or glass cup to cut into 24 small or 12 large biscuits. 6️⃣ In an oven preheated to 450°, cook biscuits on a greased pan or pan covered with parchment paper. 7️⃣ Cook for 12-15 minutes.
