🍟🍔🥦 + 🥗 = súper combo 😍. . Para comer suelo complicarme poco la verdad 😅, eso sí siempre procuro que tenga bien de verde, proteína 🍗 e hidratos de calidad 🥔. . Os dejo cómo hacer las patatas, llevan 0 aceite y están hechas al horno. 👉🏼precalentantsr el horno a 180º. Lavar, pelar y cortar las patatas, colocarlas en papel absorbente y retirar el exceso de agua y almidón. Hecho esto, meter en una bolsa de zip, y añadirle todas las especias que queráis (yo puse, ajo y cebolla en polvo, pimienta, pimentón y Romero) sacudir bien La Bolsa para que se impregne en las patatas y colocar en la bandeja del horno bien esparcidas. Rociar con aceite en spray por encima y meter al horno unos 20 min (depende de cada horno) listo ✅!!! Patatitas top 😍😍😍 . El brócoli está hecho al vapor y la hamburguesa es de pollo de @marianatura1970 sabor queso azul 😍😍😍. Está súper jugosa, me están sorprendiendo mucho estas hamburguesas para bien 😌😌. . How would “maintaining the weight evenly distributed look like? “ . I personally visualize it like this. Basically if we’d draw a straight line from the bar, on the way down, it should cut the femur perpendicularly in half. . This means that if we were tied from the hips and knees like in the drawing, with ropes, both the “pullers” should pull at an even 50-50 to maintain the weight evenly distributed. You should basically “pull the opposite ropes at the same time”. . Feeling the weight on your back too much? It means you’re not pushing your knees out/forward. .
