This movement is probably not for everyone. - This is mainly a bodybuilding movement for the quads/hips. - If you want to do this exercise. You would have to either set it up in a Smith machine or squat rack. If you have the acutal equipment, then you wouldn't need to set it up. - ๐Ÿ‘If you are setting this up, you want the bar to be right below the knee. This will help lock your body in place when you sit back. - Lock out at the top like a regular squat, but you don't have to emphasize the glutes at all. Keep tension in your quads the entire time. - You want to think about sitting back on a chair. Your hips don't really need to go below parallel and it will be hard to do because your knees are going to be locked in - ๐Ÿ˜€My recommendation is to use this at a high rep range. You don't have to build strength off this movement. Anywhere between 20-50 reps depending on the training individual is what I would do. - ๐Ÿ™Hope this helps! If you want a burning feeling in your quads... Definitely give this a try at the end of your leg workouts. โค๏ธ
