Incline bench press 385 x 3. I missed two meals today, so I really felt the lack of protein. I was struggling lol. Form suffered some too. My mind just wasnt right😀. Got to get focused next time. 🚨 PR ALERT 🚨since yesterday we had a closed bench session I wasn’t able to hit my auxiliary movements so instead I periodically increased weight for competition style singles. Got a little ambitious and tried 245lbs but didn’t get it. But I did get 240lbs (5lbs increase from last PR) competition style using a SUICIDE GRIP. Unfortunately I cut my left thumb so I’m unable to wrap my thumb on the bar so we just palmed it. Crazy how well it went but hey, improvement is improvement injured or not. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Transformation from stage body to off season. I absolutely love the stage and that feeling you get before stepping on stage! Do I miss my prep body?! I do, but then I remember I was hungry, tired, and irritable, for me there wasn’t such thing as having a balance life, it was all about the prep.. from my meals, to never missing my workouts and cardio sessions. Now I’m well into my off season. Enjoying my workouts. Keeping a balance diet (carbs are life & make me happy🤗) but most importantly I’m happy with myself and the goals I’ve set for me right now❤️🙏🙌 when the time comes I’ll do all the craziness of prep again!🏆 #prep #body #transformation #offseason

GOOD MORNINGS ON HACK SQUAT This is my first time doing these and I love it! I really feel it in my hamstrings and my glutes from this hip hinge move. I didn’t add any weights for now to get the form right first. Will be slowly adding weights later. __ Since I got back from vacation, I been really working on glutes/ hamstrings activation workouts. I have discover so many different kinds of lower body workouts and they are super effective! I can be sore for days! I am really happy about this because I really need to tone my 🍑 and legs. I have a naturally bigger 🍑 and thicker thighs from genetics. So I really need to get them toned. At this point, I think what weights I use for glutes/ hamstrings workout doesn’t really matter. I do not have to set a new PR or anything. But it is more about making sure I feel the tension and whatever muscle I’m working on is activated. I recently read an article that one of the Bikini Olympians said the same thing. So I am on the right track 😉 __ Can’t wait to see what package I will bring during the 2019 comp season!

Ever get embarrassed trying a new exercise for the first time ? Try not too cos we all have to start somewhere...Here’s me trying to do these on one leg for the first time tonight! I was so unbalanced and uncoordinated😂😂 I gave up at the end of this clip and just put two feet on the floor but kept practicing after and got it in the end 😁 not as bad as the time I nearly suffocated doing some lying down kickback things - some exercises are just not necessary 😂

ripdranger. First day of fall is tomorrow and the weather is already cooler and aw

First day of fall is tomorrow and the weather is already cooler and awesome but still plenty of opportunity to get my sweat on. Finished off the week with a sub 8 minute pace 6 mile run. Love maintaining two longer distance cardio runs per week for both my physical and mental conditioning. Refreshed and ready for the weekend. Hope you enjoy yours and be safe!
