❗1YEAR NATURAL TRANSFORMATION❗ 🇫🇷-FR Courte vidéo pour résumer ma première année de musculation dite "sérieuse" car mes 2 autres années qui m'ont permis d'établir ma base a 68kg ne méritent pas d'être comptés. ( 3 séances par semaines a la salle du lycée / repas de moineaux ) J'ai un peu prêt atteinds mon objectif pour cette année même si initialement j'aurais préféré la finir sur 84~ kg plus ou moins sec J'espère que 2019 sera autant fructueuse, sauf que cette fois-ci je pourrais plus me reposer sur les noob gainz et je devrais redoubler d'efforts et d'intensité pour espèrer grapiller 2-3kg de muscles sec J'partais de 68kg fin 2017 pour finalement finir cette année 2018 a 81kg et le but de cette vidéo est d'avant tout vous montrer ce qu'on peu réussir a faire en une année avec des trainings intenses qui nous sont adaptés, une bonne diète ainsi que de la régularité sur le rythme des entrainements Et je tiens évidemment a remercier ceux qui me suivent depuis mes débuts et m'encouragent toujours plus a donner le meilleur de moi même Et aussi a mes parents qui m'ont permis de vivre ma passion au maximum 🙏🏻 ------------------------------------------------------- 🇬🇧-EN Short video to summarize my first year of bodybuilding called "serious" because my other two years that allowed me to establish my base at 68kg do not deserve to be counted. (3 sessions per week at the high school gym/ sparrow meal) I have a bit reach my goal for this year even if initially I would have preferred to finish on 84 ~ kg more or less shred I hope that 2019 will be so fruitful, except that this time I could no longer rest on noob gains and I should redouble efforts and intensity to hope to get 2-3kg of shredded muscle I started from 68kg at the end of 2017 to finish this year 2018 at 81kg and the goal of this video is above all to show you what we can do in a year with intense trainings that are adapted to us, a good diet and regularity on the workouts And I obviously want to thank those who follow me since my beginning and always encourage me to give the best of myself And also to my parents who allowed me to live my passion to the maximum.

I have made these bad boys using a crock pot and an instant pot and they turn out way better in the crockpot. I know a lot of you guys have asked for more instant pot recipes but Im always disappointed when I use the instant pot. The food just never comes out as good as it does in a crockpot. Maybe I just don’t know what I’m doing or maybe instant pots really do suck. More experimentation is necessary. If you guys have any good instant pot resources that I should read, let me know. . . The weight loss side of this meal uses mashed cauliflower instead of potatoes. I like to use frozen cauliflower instead of fresh because 1. It’s cheaper and 2. It’s easier to work with. You can put it in the microwave for a short time and then toss it into a blender. I much prefer this over raw cauliflower that you have to breakdown and steam first. I’ve never tried making this meal with chicken but I’m guessing you’d get a similar result and save even more calories. Next time I make this recipe I’ll give it a shot. . . The weight gain side uses mashed potatoes and has a lot more beef. A mixture of potatoes and cauliflower is also a great choice so you can still get some vegetables in and the potatoes will hemp mask the flavor!! Not many people will need a 957 calorie meal even if they are trying to gain weight but I got a little carried away when I was plating this one. 🔥Booty de compète : voici mes exos du jour 🍑🔥 😉 ! ⠀ 👉Je reprends tout doucement les legdays…😇 ⠀ ☡Pour ceux qui me rejoignent, j’ai des soucis réguliers de tendinites au genou droit et j’ai dû reposer mes jambes pendant 1 mois : DUR ! 😥 ⠀ ↪Là je reprends en y allant mollo l’asticot, avec 1 legday au lieu de 2 jusqu’à nouvel ordre, et le deuxième est remplacé par de l’elliptique selon mon envie. ⠀ ↪Pendant ce temps, j’ai donc ajouté une séance pec et j’avoue que j’adore les bosser car ça me change un peu et je découvre plein d’exos !😍 ⠀ 🔰Pour l’heure : ⠀ 👉Je fais des exos POLYARTICULAIRES et non d’isolation : ils font bosser plusieurs groupes musculaires en même temps, plutôt que d’insister sur un seul le temps que ma sensibilité se résorbe; et C'est ce qui m'a fait le + évoluer 😄. ⠀ 🔘Je commence donc par m’échauffer : vélo ou rameur. ⠀ 🔘Ensuite : TOUS LES EXOS SONT LIGHT : j’ai baissé de 50% mes charges sur tout. ⠀ 🔸Squats : 4 x 10 reps. 🔸Leg press : pieds espacés et serrés en alternance : 4 x 12 reps. 🔸Soulevé de terre : 4 x 9/10 reps. 🔸Abducteurs / adducteurs : 4x 10 reps de chaque. 🔸Squats inversés à la poulie : 4 x 10 reps 🔹En finition je fais parfois 5 min de vélo elliptique à force max en me concentrant sur les fessiers 👉🔥. ⠀ ℹ 4-5 exercices bien réalisés valent mieux que 10 en étant moitié sur Snap moitié sur Facebook hein 😁. ⠀ ❎❎ Et toi tu préfères bosser quelle partie du corps ?❎❎ ⠀ 👉 Moi : le dos + les pecs 😍 ⠀ #legday #salledesport #firgirl #teamolifit #teamgallice #fitlife #healthylife #brandambassador #fitfrenchies #stronggirl #girlswholift #gainzz #onlacherien #onsentrainesale #mincir #regimeusemotivee #fitnesslife  #gymgirl #veganclothing #mangerbouger

So I did 4x1 at 195lbs with a belt... that's how well training went today... • • I think I might've set myself up with unrealistic, high expectations for today's squat because I went in thinking I could squat 195lbs for at least 3 reps... with the belt. Going back to the belt felt weird and uncomfortable that I kept readjusting the belt at the gym. • • I have to get used to wearing a belt again which I don't know if that's normal, when you already know how to brace your core. Let me know if it is. I tried to attempt 200lbs and I collapsed in every attempt 😢 • • This woman came up to me at the gym and applauded me for my squats. Hearing that gave me a glimmer of hope. Hello Muscle friends! It’s @_ejhughes from @snapfitnessnerang - it’s Rethink it Thursday and today I’d like you to #rethink stretching! I get asked all the time about when is the best time to stretch and whether #stretching is an important part of exercise. What I can tell you is that stretching is a GOOD IDEA - especially as we get. It helps us move better and it has been shown to improve muscle elasticity, increase muscular control, flexibility and range of motion. Have a think about it, all #animals stretch 🐈 🐕 🐘 🐄 🐸 So what type of stretches should you do when? STATIC STRETCHES provide a more intense stretch and are performed from stationary positions, as such, they’re best performed after exercise or as part of rehab. DYNAMIC STRETCHES use movement to facilitate an increase in blood flow to targeted muscles. Dynamic stretches are great when used as part of a warm up before a workout - examples include lunges and even high knees! There are other types of stretches of course, but keep these two in mind next time you’re warming up. If you’ve got a particular injury or niggle somewhere, show that region more love and research specific stretches or warm ups that will help increase the therapeutic effect of stretches you perform!
