I killed my treadmill. 🏃 In my defense, it tried to take me out a few times. If I kept up a good clip for an undetermined amount of time, it would shut down without warning. Same if I was pushing an hour. I like surprises, but not like that. Even though, it survived 3 moves and two floods. And today.. nary a peep or squeak or light flicker to be had. Taking it apart to clear out to its final resting place. 🤫 Честно признаюсь. Очень очень приятно заходя в крутое место, где работают мастера, по итогу слышать от них комплименты, что упражнения, которые я показывала были классные и интересные. И да, говорится именно об упражнениях. Когда хотят выделить именно тебя как девчонку, обычно звучит что прикольная, классная, кто посмелее - красивая, кто понаглее - сразу обозначает дальше чего не видит или на чём зациклен. Люди же разные. А тут именно упражнения! 😌 и мне действительно очень приятно. ⁣ 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐈𝐭 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐩𝐢𝐝 😝 ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Let’s talk meal prep..⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Meal prep doesn’t have to be difficult y’all! ⁣ ⁣⁣ Let’s take it back to the basics ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ A good meal can be simple, yet delicious and nutritious! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ For a balanced meal, it’s preferred to have a palm sized serving of protein, fist sized serving of carbohydrates, and fist sized serving of veggies. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ * Protein to help build our muscles and help us recover ⁣⁣ * Carbs for energy ⁣⁣ * Veggies to provide us nutrients ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Whether I’m making my own or ordering from my local meal prep company for the week-I’m doing just that! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Many people (including myself) sometimes think by killing them selves in the gym will get them results, but honestly it will ALWAYS start with what you’re eating! ⁣⁣ ⁣ When I order my meal prep, I always focus on protein first. I personally cycle though tilapia, chicken, steak, or ground turkey. ⁣ ⁣ Then I move onto carbs- my energy source. For my carbs I typically stick with the white rice or black beans. ⁣ ⁣ For my vegetables I love getting zoodles, jalapeños, zucchini, asparagus, carrots, and broccoli. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Don’t make it more complicated then it has to be!
