So, I wanted to take today’s post to talk about something I have been thinking about lately! A lot of the time people see these fitness accounts and they inspire to go on their own journey! Becoming a healthy version of yourself is great and there is a huge community of supportive people surrounding you! But sometimes it’s hard not to feel lonely. There are so many people on social media that are kind and supportive but they aren’t necessarily your closest friends! And that is perfectly okay! But sometimes being interested and passionate so much about something can make you feel isolated if it isn’t what the people around you are interested in! It is also easy for others to ‘make fun’ of people with fitness accounts which I don’t personally think is okay, if you wouldn’t make fun of someone for a normal account why do you have to just because it’s fitness based? Some of my friends aren’t all that into fitness and that’s not an issue, we have so many other things in common and I love them for that and our friendship is so strong! But sometimes it’s nice to have someone who understands and enjoys the same things! If there is anyone that wants to talk gym tips, food, fitness or just anything in general! Ready to kick ass the rest of this week 🤙🏼 I definitely got a lil fluffy over the holiday season 🙈 but it’s alll gooood cause I enjoyed myself to the MAX! Now it’s time to cut down, my plan is to be doing HIIT 2x a week, a full body workout 1x a week, and booty workout 1x a week. When starting out with your workout plans, start small! Start with ONE goal so you don’t overwhelm yourself, and make your goal about the action, not the result. It’s much more effective to set a goal of going to the gym 2x per week than losing 2 pounds or inches per week. Actions will always lead to results so let’s focus on that! 😘

O meu treino de hoje, dorsais: A remada curvada com barra é um dos exercícios mais produtivos, duros e diabólicos que existem para as costas ou dorsais. É um movimento composto, assim como o agachamento ou levantamento terra, que trabalha músculos grandes (no caso da remada curvada, as costas inteiras) e demanda o corpo como um todo para ser executado..... Então !! Como fazer esse exercício?🏋🏾‍♀️ - -De preferência sempre comece o exercício do chão e termine no chão para que em qualquer situação você já tenha o reflexo de largar a barra no chão (e não tente colocar no suporte). -Em frente a barra, com os pés afastados um pouco menos que a largura dos ombros, pegue na barra utilizando uma pegada pronada ou supinada. -Levante a barra como se estivesse fazendo uma repetição de levantamento terra. -Com a barra na altura da cintura, agora dobre o quadril para que o tronco fique próximo de 90 graus . -Mantenha a coluna em posição neutra, nem arqueada e nem hiperestendida.
