LOVE YOURSELF and YOU'LL BECOME YOUR OWN BODY GOALS 🤩 . for the ladies who wanna know my diet/work out routine: - i eat what i want, when i want. but i've also trained myself to enjoy healthier options. i actually enjoy eating veggies and grilled chicken. i also plan my diet around being 80% vegan/vegetarian. #veganbooty . it's mostly bc i love the way it makes me feel AND it's soooooo much easier to prepare. i work out when i want to, but i try to get a varying of work outs at least 3-4 times a week for about an hour. TODAY: i trained chest, bis and front delts. i also did a 5 minute ab workouts from a app called "6 pack abs" with 10 minutes of intervals on the stair master. AYO!! . I hope everyone had a lovely Monday and got it started off on the right foot! I took 5 days away from the gym to re-evaluate my routine and boy did that help. . I realized that with the fast metabolism that I already have hitting the gym 4-5 times a week was just working against me and my goal of gaining 10lbs. . I now am going to hit the gym 3 times a week to see how I progress, two leg days and one upper body day will be my split and I’m so excited to try this out! . Fitness/healthy lifestyles take trial and error. It’s an ever evolving process, one that’s never ending. It takes time, patience and consistency. . If you are struggling or aren’t seeing yourself get to where you want to be, that’s important to recognize that because you can only grow from learning and experiencing something new! Happy Monday everyone! So I'm back with a few of the workouts I did today for glutes and quads. Since I'm trying to cut down from bulking I'm doing excercises that are light weight and high intensity. Which means more reps and less weight lifting. In my last video I'm lifting heavy because I'm so happy and proud that I was able to deadlift 185lbs which was my goal since last fall and I finally was able to reach it, yes I only got 2 full reps in but I'm beyond happy to know that my body was able to go so far. I remember when I could bearly deadlift the bar itself, so always be content with what your body is capable of and remember to not compare yourself to anyone else but the body in the mirror which is your competition 🙌❤ ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■ 1️⃣) Sumo kettlebell squats 8 sets×15reps 2️⃣Bulgarian split squat 8 sets×10reps 3️⃣sumo deadlift 8 sets × 2 to 3 reps ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■ In order to lose fat and gain muscle it's great to do these hit workouts. Working out incorrectly can cause serious damage to your beautiful body. Also BE AWARE of programs that use shaming tactics as “motivation.” Sayings like “no excuses,” “I got my workout in, did you?”, etc. are used to make you feel guilty for not joining their program.
