Circuit 1 (3x) . 1️⃣ 12 Burpee to Box/ Tuck Jump 2️⃣ 30 Bench Jumps 3️⃣ 15 Squat Jump + Weighted Sumo 4️⃣ 30 Med Ball Passed in Wall Squat . If you like the agility and athleticism found in sports, you’ll love this! Took my right back to college soccer pre-season conditioning ⚽️💧🏃🏼‍♀️ . Do you like strict strength training? Strict cardio? If you have followed for a while you know I lost 65lbs two years ago (215lbs-150lbs) ... then life happened and I gained 30lbs of it back last summer. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Ooouff. I started over again in Sept at 183lbs in disbelief I let myself get back to that point in only 3-4 months. These past 8 month have been slow and steady mostly. A couple times I wanted to throw in the towel!! But I persevered, dusted myself off time after time and kept going. If you are just starting your journey just know it will most likely not be this perfect downward slope of perfect weight loss. There will be highs and lows. And that’s totally ok! That in no way means failure! Just keep going 👊🏻 I’m so happy I stuck it out all those winter months! REAL TALK: The truth is that if you want results it’s hard work and you have to be ready to go way beyond your comfort zone 🔥 Its sometimes hard to show in the videos (especially when I want to film fun workouts and not the parts where I’m truly struggling or about to pass out haha) the effort, sweat and tears that are included in the workouts. When I feel like I want to quit and that my body can’t take it anymore, I always tell myself.. 5 reps more! That’s the way to grow physically and mentally. Don’t be scared to be intense and go in a dark place in your head when you are doing those last reps! Because those are the reps that count the most 💯

I didn’t push myself like crazy mainly because I noticed I wasn’t sweating...normally I’m nasty... so I take it I’m still pretty dehydrated. But I did some #legday with body weight & #abs and lots of stretching! Slowly but surely working it all back in. Might not have been the craziest 45 minutes, but hey, I went when I could have gone to bed. So there that! #imfixingme

I used to get REALLY disgusted by this much sweat. 💦 What I’ve recently come to appreciate about all this sweat, is that sweat helps get toxins out of our bodies. Plus, exercise is a fabulous thing for everyone. Especially, for the people out there that are like me and are just naturally more anxious and stressed. I’m also an obliger. I need that outward push to make me feel like I need to exercise for someone else. I have a few very personal reasons to be setting a good example of a healthy lifestyle. It’s kind of like finding your why but better because you understand yourself on a deeper level. When you understand yourself better, you’ll get what makes you happy, why you react the way that you do, what makes you feel loved and how to communicate better with the people around you and what you need for people to communicate with you. ✌🏻

The back lever (shown here by @paul.maxyat in the top picture), requires a bit of strength and practice. There are about one thousand and six drills and skills to help build all the things necessary. If you go back in my posts a week or so, you’ll even find a butt exercise I use for back levers in my floor warm up. 🍑💪 . . Let me offer to you one safe but challenging progression to build strength and muscular awareness that you can practice with the help of two of your dearest friends, fans, or enemies. I call it the “Conveyer Belt” . . 🌟 Come to a pike in the air (if you don’t know what your pike should look like, I HIGHLY recommend picking up a copy of my e-manual “The Foundations Of Aerial Alignment” - follow the link in my profile... and work on that before this.) . . 🌟 Have your first friend, fan, or enemy hold your feet up as you start to push your butt between your arms and straddle slightly. Stop and hold about where your forearms are squeezing your hipbones. . . 🌟Your second friend, fan, or enemy will stand behind you, and help you remember to internally rotate your shoulders as you pin your arms tightly to your sides. (If you’re confused about what internal rotation is, that’s also covered in my e-manual.) . . 🌟The goal is to float your feet off your first FFOE’s hands (that’s my new acronym, I think you can figure out what it stands for), keeping your legs PARALLEL to the floor. Spoiler alert: your lower abs will love/hate your when you do this right for the first time! . . 🌟Practice in a space with MATS, good RIGGING, and after a solid WARM-UP. Please. . . These two images are from my upcoming manual: One Arm Aerial Alignment. I am so happy about today! I ate amazing all day, and had an incredible workout. I’m still feeling pretty sore from leg day yesterday, so today I opted out of lifting and just did an hour of cardio. I ended up doing 45 minutes on the treadmill, burning 313 calories, and then 15 minutes on the bike for 75 cal for a grand total of 388 calories! Und das Beste, er ist mega einfach zu machen 😉 1 Dose Kidbeybohnen 2 Eier 1 TL Backpulver 150 g Apfelmark -»Tipp: noch besser schmeckts mit Apfel-Mango-mark!😋 40 g Whey Schoko 20 Backkakao 20 g Haferflocken 1 Banane 🍌 Glasur: 2 EL Kokosöl 2 EL Backkakao 1 Schuss Agave Sirup Zubereitung: Einfach alles pürieren und bei 170 ° C Ober/Unterhitze in einer Backform 30-45 min backen. Danach abkühlen lassen, Kokosöl schmelzen und mit den anderen Zutaten mischen, über den Kuchen gießen und ab in Kühlschrank. Here's a progress check. Left photo 2/26/18 Right photo 5/23/18. . . . One of biggest challenges is staying away from candy. I love candy. (OH FIX IT JESUS) Over the last couple of months I've been really working on staying away from candy as much as possible and increasing my fruit and veggies intake along with water. So far these are my results. I'm proud of myself and this only motivate me to continue working on my craft (my body) and staying disciplined in what I eat. God is good!

If you can make time to watch tv, talk on the phone, post on social media, you have time to work on you. Instead watching tv, read a book. Write down goals instead of talking on the phone. Do 30 mins of exercise misreading of 30 mins of posting. You have time, it's all in how you choose to use your time.
