Food fri night for me was a combo of pizza, chocolate and cookies (turns out dominos do some gorgeoussss tings FYI 👀🍪) .. It was Games-Night @ our friends and I had the best time 💥🙌 (& yay i won my 1st game on Mario kart 🥳 lol 🤓🤓) but my point is.. one night away from tracking/eating clean isn’t gonna hurt. Yh ok, u may find urself a bit bloated after but don’t make urself feel 💩 about it bcos all that progress you’ve made isn’t gonna disappear bcos of a few days of unhealthy habits (or a few slices of pizza🌝) — So if, like me, you’ve indulged in all da goods this weekend 🍩🍪🍿🍫 : ✖️Don’t beat urself up about it! ✖️Don’t regret it! ✖️Don’t let that guilt override how much of a lovely weekend you’ve had. I remember when I first started working out I STUNK at pull-ups. Seriously bad. I have witnesses lol. I never stopped doing them though. I look at myself do pull-ups now and I think what would have happened if I just stopped doing them because I wasn’t good at them. Saying that to say...we all have to start somewhere. Took one of my favorite TRX bicep workouts, the bicep clutch, and took it to the cables for #WeightCrushWednesday 💪🏽. 1. Adjust the cables to chest/shoulder height 2. Grab both handles and take a nice big step back to avoid banging the weights 🙄 3. Set up in athletic position with arms extended 4. Keep your body locked in athletic stance and only focus on your forearms moving 5. Bring both hands together toward your chest, getting as close as you can without touching your chest. Your hands shouldn’t touch each other either 6. Extend both arms fully and repeat I have a band around my knees to keep myself focused on a strong stance. Let me know if you try.
