I’ve been reminiscing what feels like more than usual about Nashville lately. When I moved there or back to Boston I didn’t think about how it would impact me later. One day three years ago the boyfriend said “let’s move to Nashville” and I jumped on board for the adventure without giving it much thought. I had two really brilliant years there and then it started feeling like an island. I started missing things like the ocean and the noise of the city and even the way New England smelled in the summer. I missed my family so much it was heart breaking. I left again for a new adventure without thinking much of it and now guess what? I miss the open country and the quiet of our old neighborhood and the thick, southern summer air. And I miss my friends so much it’s heart breaking. I feel a lot like I was trying to find where my heart belongs and ended up tearing it in two. By rounding, you can fire up the abs 🔥 • ✔️ Tuck your chin and look back towards your navel like in cat pose for the strong core! • ✔️Lean forward as much as you can to shift your butt forward. Our pelvis is the heaviest part. So it's easier to lift up by moving your focal point above your foundation (hands). • 🔰 Spend enough time to warm up your wrist as you need to flex your wrist a lot! Sie hat mir von ihrer Vergangenheit erzählt und wie sie damals mit ihrem Körper umging.♥️ Viele Menschen tun sich nichts Gutes oder achten auf ihren Körper, weil sie denken, sie sind es selbst nicht wert. Vielmehr wird nur die Hülle immer weiter rausgeputzt. Man schminkt sich, geht shoppen, betreibt exzessiven Sport. Aber nur, um nach außen hin „schön“ zu wirken. Was im Inneren passiert, das ist in dem Moment egal und wird zurückgedrängt. Ja man verbietet sich quasi teilweise selbst, so zu sein wie man wirklich ist und traut sich nicht, nach innen zu schauen. 😤 Für mich der falsche Ansatz 🛑 ✋🏻 Selbstfürsorge beginnt nicht im Außen, sondern im Innen! Natürlich ist es völlig okay, sich zu schminken, wenn man das zusätzlich tut für sich selbst. Aber niemals für andere! . . 🙅🏼‍♀️ Hör auf, ständig deine äußere Hülle zu polieren und fang endlich an, wirklich in dich hineinzuhören. Genau da beginnt Selfcare. Da beginnt Selbstliebe. Und sei Dir immer bewusst: Du bist es wert! Ty pak ztrácejí schopnost vylučovat důležité hormony, jejichž nedostatek způsobuje přibírání na váze, poklesy energie, nespavost a chronickou únavu nebo neschopnost se soutředit. Pokud na sobě některé z těchto příznaků pozorujete, pomozte svým nadledvinkám zase načerpat sílu! 1️⃣ Snižte stres, jak jen to jde. Prostě rozdělte úkoly a pro jednou také odpočívejte. Poslouchejte svoje tělo, svůj přirozený biorytmus a dopřejte si kvalitní spánek. 2️⃣ Vynechte kofein, který narušuje váš spánkový cyklus. Mějte na mysli, že každý stimulant bere energii ze zásob, takže díky nim jede organismus na dluh. Taky se snažte vyloučit cukr, všechny průmyslově vyráběné potraviny a hydrogenované oleje. Místo toho z tuků zařaďte kokosový olej nebo ghí. Léčbu nadledvinek podporuje i konzumace oliv, avokáda, brukvovité zeleniny, tučných ryb, libového bílého masa, ořechů, semínek či mořských řas. 3️⃣ Přidejte doplňky stravy - aswagandhu, B komplex, vitamin D a zinek. 4️⃣ A nakonec – cvičte, stačí lehce. Zajděte si na procházku.
