Your body weight with lots of reps will give you a nice burn🔥⁠⠀ .⁠⠀ .⁠⠀ .⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ ✅ Hip thrust - Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the ground, hip-distance apart. Rest your upper back on the edge of the sofa.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ ✅ Bulgarian split squat -Find yourself a step, bench or any other contraption that you can rest a foot on, it needs to be about knee height. I have my feet very far away to put more pressure on my glutes. If you want more leg focus be closer to the sofa.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ .⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ ✅ Glute bridge - lay on the floor, relax your head. Press up@your hips and squeeze this buttocks. Go down as low without touching the floor. Repeat 15 reps. ⁠⠀ .⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ ✅ 1 legged glute bridge- same day the glute bridge just keep your hips in line. ⁠⠀ .⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ ✅ Assisted pistol squat- hahaha im tired here.... did my legs at the gym earlier this morning. Home or hotel workout. All you need is a chair/sofa/stol/bench/bed. This is leg/glute focus workout. Your body weight with lots of reps will give you a nice burn🔥 1. Hip thrust - Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the ground, hip-distance apart. Rest your upper back on the edge of the sofa. Drive through your heels to lift your hips to the sky as your upper back stays in place on the sofa. Pause and squeeze your glutes at the top. In a slow and controlled motion, lower your butt back to the ground. Keep your head looking against your hips so you don’t stretch your neck. 2. Bulgarian split squat -Find yourself a step, bench or any other contraption that you can rest a foot on, it needs to be about knee height. I have my feet very far away to put more pressure on my glutes. If you want more leg focus be closer to the sofa. Get into a forward lunge position with torso upright, core braced and hips square to your body, with your back foot elevated on the bench. Lower until your front thigh is almost horizontal, keeping your knee in line with your foot. Don't let your front knee travel beyond your toes. Drive up through your front heel back to the starting position, again keeping your movements measured. Repeat five to 15 times then swap to the other leg. 3. Glute bridge - lay on the floor, relax your head. Press up@your hips and squeeze this buttocks. Go down as low without touching the floor. Repeat 15 reps. 4. 1 legged glute bridge- same day the glute bridge just keep your hips in line. 5. Assisted pistol squat- hahaha im tired here.... did my legs at the gym earlier this morning.
