4 keys to success . . Here are 4 things that have helped me along the years. . . 1. You must be patient: The first 1 to 2 weeks will be difficult to get used to any change. If you mess up or fall off just get back on. Don’t get the “fuck it’s” . . 2. Be consistent: This is perhaps the most important. Consistency is key. Repetition is the mother of all skills and habits form over time. You will learn so much if you trust the process and stick with it. . . 3. Accuracy and honesty: Don’t lie dammit. Be honest with whatever you’re doing, especially if you’re trying to log your food. . . 4. Stay motivated. It will sound cliche but make it fun. Eventually whatever you’re doing will become a habit and an everyday part of your life. Maybe you have someone you can do it with. Made a keto coffee to help give me some fuel for the rest of the day because I've been doing a fast since 9pm Thursday. I have allowed myself some juice and a couple olives and cheese cubes just for that food sensation but it shouldn't mess with me too much. I've made this fast more of a liquid fast instead of a dry or water fast just to experiment with how my body feels. I've been teetering too much between keto, paleo and carby cheat days and I just couldn't seem to get out of that funk and lose these pesky lbs to get to my goal. So I decided to do a reset on myself and just start out on a shrunken fasted stomach and body. This coffee has the tiniest amount of HWC, mct oil, butter, sea salt and stevia. Hopefully this tides me over for now and I'll see how I feel tomorrow. I work a 12 hour day Monday so I may or may not eat after my fast at 9pm tomorrow or just wait and make it last through my shift and eat when I get home.. we'll see how I feel. Regarde la photo 😊 Je vais manger tout doucement, progressivement, et rester dans ma cétose a long terme ! Ces 120 heures ont été tellement intense !!! Des sensations de fou, des ressentis incroyables, un bien-être UNIQUE ! Ne commencez pas par 120h, mais 18, puis 24, puis 36, ... etc jusqu’à votre objectif 😊. Was feeling a little venturous today so I added about 1/4 cup well cooked through potatoes and some chedder cheese. My stomach is definitely feeling much better and I really have to thank a strict carnivore diet for it. It's done wonders!! Really the only thing I've felt that's worked in allowing my gut to heal. Now that I'm feeling much better (92% healed), I'm starting to add back a few carbs and am trying a bit of dairy again. I won't keep this up for every meal but from time to time I'm going to treat myself. Still staying the f*ck away from gluten and veggies for now as I find they definitely push me back when I have them. Cheers to healing!
