245 lbs for 10 on the close grip, starting to really push the tricep now. The Rep Fitness bench felt damn good. I own the Rogue westside 2.0 bench with a Thompson fat pad and this felt pretty damn close to that. Firm, sticky, and the bench didn't budge. Had a nice #back session on this past Saturday. Figured I drop you guys another gem. Everybody who wants a #wideback of course does #latpulldown . I don’t really care how wide my back is (It would actually be counterproductive for me to I have a wide back because my hobbies and my job sometimes calls for me to fit myself into tight spaces) so I do what I call #lapulldown It’s a #functional movement that trains you to be able to pull yourself up on top of an object and Press out at the top to actually be able to get on top Of said object. If you are an #obstaclecourseracer like I am and you have problems pulling yourself up on top of walls add this #exercise to your rotation and I promise you problems with walls will be a thing of the past. When grabbing the bar rotate your #scapulas forward And #falsegrip To engage #forearms. Pull down in front of you, then push down and finish out to your lap. This particular Belt machine did not have the range to finish out the movement as I would have liked. The machines with cables tend to have a longer range and I can actually take the bar all the way to My thighs. The last couple videos are just an example of The different angles you can use to target different areas of your back. #fitnesstips
