Popular belief is that eating after 6PM attributes to fat gain, but I say the human body doesn't care what time it is. What about individuals who work overnight? What if your after 6PM is their breakfast or lunch? Time was implemented as a reference to biological cycles, not the other way around. For instance, before clocks people would observe the sun's position in the sky, the fullness of the moon, and the tides of the oceans. All of these things cycle in, lasts for a period, expires, cycles out, and then recycles. The human body conducts itself in this exact manner. The air we breath cycles in, lasts for a period, expires, cycles out as carbon dioxide, and then recycles. The water we drink cycles in, lasts for a period, expires, cycles out as sweat, urine, etc, and then recycles. The food we eat cycles throughout the intestines and when it is nearing its expiration it will signal various chemical imbalances according to what it's losing and or never got. . To expound on that particular aspect (which will help us bring everything into full circle): Everything the human body ingests must be converted into a chemical before utilization. (Chemistry lesson) However, the body will sometimes use sodium to satisfy a calcium imbalance, especially if sodium is more prevalent than calcium in that particular diet. Yet, due to the fact that sodium is an insufficient substitute for calcium, once the sodium has expired, the calcium imbalance will increase sodium cravings until you're a bloated cow. . Conclusion is that it doesnt matter what time it is; if your body is craving something, then there is a chemical imbalance that it is trying to satisfy in order to function properly. If deprived of its necessities, the body will resort to using substitutes and then slowly but surely increase the cravings for particular substitute which can lead to health and physique issues. . Although the equipment might look snazzy... I basically did some bending and some pressing. ⁣ ⁣ This stuff can seem so funky. There’s no reason that you need to use this type of equipment or to do these exact exercises. ⁣ ⁣ There are a gazillion ways to hit these two patterns and I don’t think there’s one that reigns supreme. It all depends on what your looking to get from your fitness regimen.⁣ ⁣ This was fun to play around with (since I had access to the equipment), but maybe next week I’ll go with DB deadlifts and Push-ups 🧐🧐🧐🧐⁣
