Never ever EVER did I think I would be that girl...comfortable working out in a crop top at the gym..let alone posting unedited pictures, esp while doing crunches!!!! I'm deff not where I wanna be yet, I still have cutting to do, but if only you all knew where I had started and where I've come from (way before this Instagram) 2 years ago. I used to be so so uncomfortable in my own skin, even to this day its really hard for me to look at my before pictures. Not just because of how unhealthy I was but just how unhappy I looked. I used to use food as an outlet and escape, and I've now trained myself to use self control and fitness as a new level of escape..something ONLY I have control over.. I haven't weighed myself since 2018, I refuse to, so idk how much I weigh now...if I had to guess probly 125ish?.. but I can tell you when I first started my journey to weightloss and health I was 184 at my highest!! I am so proud of how far I've come and my determination sticking to my eating plans everyday and my workouts 4-6 times a week. I remember after I had Milania I had a new love for my body because I saw it’s worth and what it is capable of but another part of me couldn’t stand the sight of myself in the mirror. The stretch marks, the extra skin on my stomach, the cellulite, the extra fat everywhere...⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This is not how I wanted to live. Uncomfortable in my own skin? 😫⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I remember how “soft” I looked, I felt like I lost all of my muscle. I completely lost my butt and I couldn’t stand looking so chunky and soft. Part of me wondered if I would ever get my body back. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Living a life where I was down on my body so much took a toll on me more and more day after day. I got more upset, more frustrated, and more defeated.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ MORE DOWN ON MYSELF and less happy. Life just wasn’t as enjoyable constantly worrying about my body, my clothes not looking good, it was draining. 😳⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ After about a year I found a way to change this. I found a workout program that was done in 20 minutes a day, I didn’t have to leave the house, and I could have my baby by my side while doing it. The convenience of this has set me up for total success. I have maintained this lifestyle and have grown to love it to the point where I don’t want to live without it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ These workouts have transformed my body to where I can actually see definition, my skin is tightening, I’ve shred the extra fat, and I can even eat more and not gain weight. It’s AMAZING. 🙌 Oh and I’m getting my butt back...NATURALLY and THAT is cool. I feel stronger physically in everything I do.
