I really love destroying my lats. It’s a muscle you can completely feel working when done correctly. The engagement of it is addicting. These are my two favorite killers to use when doing lats. Both of these were done at 140lbs 4 sets of 10 each. I can do 180lbs but I feel a little pain on my wrists and arms sometimes so gonna wait until I’m a little stronger to stay at that weight. 💯💪🏻💯💪🏻 #pr#
