Every small effort drives a small change, and these compound into a massive difference over time. . In order to see that difference, to you to be persistent and consistent with your efforts. Do the work and know that the change will come. . Today is the final workout day of this exercise cycle, and we are on a leg day. Working hard to get those small benefits, and the. Ready for a rest day tomorrow before we start a new system.

Today was all about incorporating core stability by using one-sided workouts. Basic exercises become a lot more challenging when you load only one side of the body. You end up working in the transverse plane which many miss out with bicep curls and squats. Inspired by @tmacsinc and his workouts I was fortunate enough to train with some friends which made it psychologically easier. The work out I chose: 1) shovel #deadlifts 2) negative #pistolsquat variation 3) one arm #dumbell #benchpress 4) one arm #backrow #cable #pushpull We did: 5 sets of 5 reps per side. I chose less rest to increase my metabolic rate. Always do what you can. Any movement and any weight is good. #life is always in #motion
