Guess who’s back, back again... 🤗🎵 Y así no más volví de vacaciones y comencé a comer Keto. Sin ningún misterio ni estrategia compleja, solo comiendo lo que se que funciona para mi. Después de 48hrs de vuelta en Bogotá ya me siento menos inflamada y con mucha más energía y claridad mental. La verdad pensé que tendría algún síndrome de abstinencia por la cantidad de azúcar y carbohidratos que comí en las últimas semanas. Aunque no me arrepiento de absolutamente nada de lo que comí, es increíble como esa cantidad de carbohidratos me hicieron sentir letárgica y pesada. Esta semana vuelven los videos de recetas y un resumen de cómo me sentí fuera de ketosis y cómo ha sido volver a la rutina.

Here are 3 ways to rewire your brain to stop this awful cycle:⠀ ⠀ 1️⃣ Stop. Sheer will-power is what you have to use at this point; sometimes there is no other way to break a habit. This will be extremely difficult at first but should ease up after a bit. ⠀ ⠀ 2️⃣ Savor the victory.
