DE lower, upped the band tension with same 255 bar weight on squats. Kept the same on deadlifts, positioning just hasn’t been where I want it. Outside stressors have been pretty high recent but it what I signed up for and what I want so training is getting done when I can fit it in. MAINTAINING BALANCE Stress is prevalent in our daily life. We have to learn to respond to stress in a more positive way otherwise it cascades and becomes detrimental to us. We deal with daily stressors such as: - Work stress - Relationship Stress - Emotional stress because of someone or something that happened - Training in itself is also a stress These are all things you need to physically and emotional recovery from. Using tools such as - Sleep recovery (Under sleeping is also a STRESS) - Meditation, or a hobby to relax the mind and body - Good Nutrition (poor nutrition is a stressor) - Too much phone time (also a stressor) Recover from emotional stress with self taught, better emotional responses to situations. If you respond to a situation with anger you give in to that emotion, but it’s not a reflection on your environment. This is a reflection of your inner self and the things going on in your mind. With a lack of sleep our body will return with increase cortisol, poor hormone signalling poor decision making and poor reactions. Sleep is one of our most important methods to recover. Take time for yourself, meditate, get a massage, take a holiday, take time for yourself to recover from your stress
