Repping 405 lbs for 39 in 3 sets. I’ve found a new weight being that 315lbs is too light now to rep 🤭🤔😮. First video shows 14 rep set, I actually got out of groove on second rep and readjusted for 12 more. The second set was actually the best set being that I stopped at 13 with gas in the tank, and on the third set my steam left on the 8th rep and I shitted out 4 more. On a road for greatness, next year will be the best year.
