6 weeks with no serious training . . . . 6 weeks ago I took a right shoulder injury which took weeks of rehab. . . . 4 weeks ago (thinking I could still squat heavy) I took a left hip/upper quad injury. . . . 3 weeks ago I was the sickest I've been in years, which lasted about 2 weeks. . . This is the first week where I've eaten over 1400 calories in over a month. Which made me loose 14lbs in 30 days. (Not complaining about that) . . . Today starts the come back, I feel good and healed. In the right, im following a small calorie surplus of 300 - 400 cals above maintenance, so between 2900 - 3000 per day. .
