El deporte es en un pilar muy importante en mi vida. Con los años me doy cuenta de lo mucho que me ayuda a diario. Creo que mi positividad no sería la misma sin él. Me ha hecho más fuerte físicamente, sí. Pero lo más importante para mí es lo mucho que me fortalece a nivel mental. No hay mejor terapia psicológica que entrenar, evadirte y poner toda la atención en esas sensaciones que recorren tu cuerpo. Tanto físicas como mentales. ___________________________________ Trx training: ♦ Oblicuo con zancada lateral 4 x 15 a 20 en cada pierna (total 8 series) ♦ Remo con rotación de piernas 4 x 12 o máx cada brazo (total 8 series) ♦ Sentadilla con elevación frontal y rotación de hombros 4 x 20 ♦ Sentadilla búlgara con press de hombros mancuerna 5 kg mínimo, en mi caso, 4 x 20 cada pierna (total 8 series) Cada uno dentro de sus posibilidades que haga máximas repeticiones. Con más o menos inclinación de trx. Más o menos peso en los complementos.
