مرحباً🌸 . . دايما احب ادلع اكلي ومن ضمنهم السلطات سواء شكلها و الألوان اللي تكون فيها او الصوص اللي استخدمه معها او حتى أضيف عليها شوية مكسرات ( دهون صحيه ) .. المهم السلطة هذي جت كذا في بالي بالطريقه هذي : . . سلطة البوريتو بالدجاج : . . المكونات : استخدمت خبز راب البروتين من بيوتك ( حالفه يمين أخلصه في يومين ) ١٠٠ غرام صدور دجاج مشويه ( تبلتها قبل بساعه ملح بهارات ( روزماري - بهارات إيطاليا ) ملعقه زبادي ، صوص الرمان والفلفل ليمون وثوم ) خس - جرجير - رمان - طماطم - فراوله ٤٠ غرام جبنة حلوم لايت مبشورة . . الطريقه : . . نحط الخبز في صحن عشان يعطني شكل( وعاء ) ادخله الفرن او الميكرويف لمدة ٥ دقايق او اقل حسب حرارة الفرن عشان ينشف ويصير مقرمش ويعطيني شكل الصحن و اعبي السلطه جواته . نجهز كل الخضار الموجودة ونقطعها ونضيف الدجاج وجبنة الحلوم والرمان .. الصوص : كان عبارة عن نص ليمونه، خل البلسمك ، ونعناع مطحون ، خردل بالعسل وشوية ثوم . . القيمة الغذائيه للسلطة او الوجبة : السعرات الحرارية : ٤٠٧ كالوري . البروتين : ٤٩ جرام . الكارب : ٣٠ جرام . دهون : ١٨ - - - #absworkout #core #cardio #coreworkout #cardioworkout #sixpackabs #shoulderworkout #bicepworkout #tricepsworkout #hammies #quadworkout #glute #legsworkout #peachworkout #strongwomen #girlsthatlift #girlswithmuscle #fitspiration #homeworkout #workoutathome

Why do your muscles shake when working out? If you think about what a muscle looks like a minute- it’s not one big mass, rather made up of many many fibers. Inside those muscle fibers are motor units made up of motor nerves. As you workout you start to use and deplete certain chemicals used to fire these motor neurons (I won’t go into detail on that now but you can DM me about it if you have a question) As you fatigue, some units will fire and others will drop out. This will result in a less smooth and synchronized muscle contraction and relaxation- the shaking that you see So what does it mean? It could mean a couple of things. It could mean that you’re working hard- so that’s good. This video was my second to last set so I was just about tapped out and as you can see very shaky. To me, it means I have some strengthening to do. It could mean you are dehydrated, a sign of inadequate nutrition or lack of sleep What do you do if your shaking but the workouts not over. First, don’t get hurt. The workout could be over and it may be time to put your ego aside. Not worth it for just a couple of reps. But if you still have a bit more in the tank, make sure you’re resting enough in between sets and staying hydrated. Make sure to stretch and do a proper cool down. If the shaking persists you may need to seek a medical professional Here I am doing a superset or neutral grip pull ups and a knee tuck with rotation and leg extension. What’s the top core exercise that could be universally benefited by everyone? . The PELVIC TILT. . Most people suffer from lower back pain because of years of weak intrinsic core muscle (and other tight muscles like the hips Etc). . One way to work your abs AND provide relief for my client is teaching the pelvic tilt. I’ve been working with a student with a torn ACL so we’ve been training standing or sitting. . Not everyone is comfortable on the floor practicing a cat/cow exercise because of inability to get down to the floor and back up. . Perform this exercise daily 10 reps x 2-3 rounds. Sometimes I’m not a morning person in fact today I wasn’t, I slept in and did my workout after work (and almost forgot to do it🤦🏼‍♀️ cuz I’m used to having it done) but I do know that when I get up and get in an awesome workout first thing I’m setting up my whole day to be better, more productive, more on point.
