Quick kettlebell butler ladder training session today using the 24kg bell - done and dusted in 10 minutes flat . 👍🏻💪🏽 Start with a heavyish bell and bust out 2 swings then straight away do 20 burpees . Then without rest 4 swings 18 burpees . Then no rest 6 swings 16 burpees - so on and so forth until you get to 20 swings and 2 burpees . Remember you’re working for time here - it’s a great tracker too of your own fitness to see where you are . When I’m at my best I’ll get this done in about 9 minutes , when I’m at my worst 16 minutes ! I use the RDL (Romanian Deadlift) as a good Hip-Dominant hamstring exercise to build back strength and endurance. As it is hip dominant exercise instead of a knee dominant, it focuses on the proximal (higher tendon) of the hamstrings, which is really important to focus on during the rehab process. Also, loading up the weight should not be neglected if tolerable to do so. If our goal is to build strength, we need to be increasing the weight and completing 6-8 reps as a max, even in rehab! ☝🏼 In other words using just the bar or light weights in rehab and then expecting to go back to lifting heavy when you’re pain free and back playing sport simply won’t work 🤯

Normalmente se parece com o exercício, porém com intensidade diminuída e/ou trabalha as articulações e os músculos envolvidos na atividade. Esse trabalho aumenta a capacidade motora, a irrigação e o fluxo sanguíneo, assim aumenta o metabolismo e provocando uma facilitação para o exercício pretendido. Dicas para o aquecimento específico: Cargas bem menores – Deve ter uma leve resistência, porém nada que exige da musculatura. Vários movimentos seguidos – os movimentos devem ser controlados, mínimo de 15 repetições. Movimento parecido com o trabalho dos músculos e articulações exigidas na atividade principal. Aquecimento Corporal Geral . . O clássico e mais praticado pela maioria das pessoas, o aquecimento geral consiste em movimentos cíclicos e repetidos, como fazer esteira, bike, pular corda e etc. Nesse estilo a ênfase está no preparo cardiopulmonar, aumento da temperatura interna, preparação da musculatura, articulação e sistema nervoso de uma forma geral. Dicas: Deve durar um mínimo de 10 minutos. Os movimentos devem ser controlados e firmes. Em uma frequência cardíaca confortável.
