Blev en välförtjänt (lång) lunch efteråt och tiden flög iväg...❤ . Blev en reflektion idag också som jag tänkte dela med mig av lite snabbt. (Tänkte göra ett längre inlägg senare) . Tunikan jag hade på mig idag, tog jag fram för bara någon vecka sen.. Senast jag kunde ha den, satt den TIGHT över höfterna o jag fick "dra ner den" hela tiden för att den inte skulle "åka upp"... Dessutom vägde jag 5kg mindre än jag gör idag.. 😳😳😳 . Så...nu behöver jag någon som slår mig hårt i skallen igen...🙈🙈🙈 . Ännu en anledning att inte stirra sig blind på vikten...🤔😀💪✌❤ . ✨IMPORTANT PHYSICAL AND MENTAL UPDATE✨at least for me 😊 • A few months back I shared my first ever transformation picture and received a lot of praise from it (thank you!) My after picture was a leaner, more “toned” version of myself, and while I loved the way I look there and what it took to get myself to that point (adding in more activity and consuming less calories all while continuing to prioritize strength training) you can’t live in that space forever. • So in the upcoming months I’ll be sharing transformation pictures of a different kind as I-for the first time ever in my life-start to intentionally gain weight! • I’m doing this for a couple reasons: ✨losing weight can be stressful. Both physically and mentally and I want to give both my brain and my body a break from that. ✨my goal is not to be as lean as possible 24/7 365 and definitely not to be “skinny.” I think muscles are sexy, and I want more of them. ✨in order to gain more muscle, I must lift heavier/more weights, and in order to do that, I must eat more food. I need to build further off of the foundation I have already built! • This is the first time in my life and certainly since starting my fitness journey that I feel like I have my attitude and relationship with food/training in a good enough place to make this happen in a controlled and positive way. Will I lose my abs? Probably. Will I gain some weight and body fat? Absolutely. BUT BRING IT ON. I’m excited to be excited about this. I am excited to see how my body can change. This is a core exercise that we added in to relate to some of the movements she performs while competing in trampolining for @rgutrampolining. Louise started with me during the summer and now being at uni has become more of an online client with occasional sessions when she is home. .
