In Training, Consistency Is the Key to Your Fitness Goals. Consistency is arguably the most important component when working to accomplish goals, in or out of the gym. Without consistency, programs are unorganized, the body has a harder time adapting, and forming habits may be more challenging. Weight loss doesn’t happen over night, even though I wish it did. You have to be consistent with diet, exercise and positivity. These three things work hand in hand. If you remove one of these you are moving farther away from your goals. i swear, this selfie was taken on accident. i kind of like it, though, simply because my skin looks flawless. you know whats funny? my skin isnt anywhere near flawless. ive actually been working through a ton of eczema issues over the past couple months; mainly between the bend in my arms. ive recently used coconut oil after my showers and that helped, but i realized this is just a quick fix. i cant say that ive tried to “detox” this out or hit the root of the problem, but i also cant say that ive been on a consistent/sustainable fruit-based/healthy whole-foods plant-based diet for more than a year! see, it works both ways😉im just getting started!! my body has plenty of work to do; inside and outside. i do believe in pushing our bodies, allowing them to detox even faster, but i also believe in consistency. im starting to ride this consistency train. im just gonna roll with the punches and see what happens...aka, im just gonna be.

We try so hard to build relationships, friendships, and bonds with people that we are around daily. Sometimes we have a wall up that prevents us from building this bond that is deeper than scratching the surface to where we tend to make bad jokes or have terrible timing. This wall we put up to protect ourselves cause things most often never go the way intended. Figure out why that wall is there. Take the time to focus on self love. ❤ Break down the wall that is preventing you from living your life to the fullest. Habits are fairly difficult to break. I myself constantly struggle to break these habits. Once I recognized the negative impact it had towards the goals I want to achieve I reacted quickly; however, it is going to take consistency and patience. After all we are @onlyhuman

2 months of trying to grow bigger glutes. Slowly slowly we are getting there. 2cm added over these two months, yes some is fat but my strength has increased in all my glute dominate movements so I know I have put on muscle mass too. . Things I’ve done differently ⬇️⬇️⬇️ 1. Increased the volume and frequency that I target my glutes. 2. Added variety with hip extension movements (load, tempo, pauses, 1/4 reps, short rest, volume sets etc) 3. Increased my food intake (yes you will put on a little fat, but this is necessary to increase muscle mass and create the desired shape I want) My reasons for wanting bigger Glutes. ⬇️⬇️⬇️ 1.
