I never really post my leg workouts or my legs at all, so here are some exercises I like to do on my leg days. Each of these exercises is a staple in my leg days, as you can see I like to isolate my legs by focusing on each leg by either doing lunges or by Bulgarian split squats. I want to focus on the contraction and actually feel it in each leg when doing the exercise, as I find it beneficial in optimizing my workouts by including some isolations. 💪 . First exercise: Bulgarian Split Squats - 3 sets 8-10 reps. I usually do this as a warmup if I am going with a light weight like 25 pounds, but if I’m going heavy I like to bring my set amount lower and my rep amount higher. . Second exercise: Lunges - 3 sets 10-12 reps This is a staple in leg workouts and almost everyone does this on their leg day. I find it the most beneficial as it first isolates each leg and then it also works out multiple leg muscles. . Third exercise: Calves - 3 sets 10-12 reps. Any calve exercise will do but I like this machine because I really feel the contraction. So when I am done doing the exercise I feel like I’m about to die 😂 . . Videos by @khizeranwar786 📸 . .
