It's about HOW it's spent in the gym. A person that is trying to grow and gain muscle while remaining lean is much more different than a marathon runner per say. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you are wanting to build muscle and lose fat then intense workouts is key in obtaining your goal. My page is geared towards those goals btw as I'm not going to be running any marathons soon, or ... BICEP TIP💪 A little tweak can make a HUGE difference...and man is this true with this bicep curl technique. It’s very simple to execute, visualize yourself unscrewing a lightbulb counter clockwise while your palm is facing upwards. Your pinky finger should move outside to inside as you complete the movement. By adding this little adjustment to your bicep curls, you should feel the intensity of the contraction change almost immediately! Try this on your next arm day if you’re not already implementing this technique and I think you’ll love it.

(Anyone get that reference??) - This was shot doing a high knee drill to help warm up for some sprints. - Sprinting can be a fantastic part of a training program. - Sprints are one of the staples of athletic movement. Getting faster improves chances of success is any power based sport. - It also can be a great indicator of body composition. One of the easiest ways to get faster is to lose excess fat. - Short sprints - 30-70 yards or so Moderate sprints - 150-250 or so Long sprints - 250-400 or so - Much longer than 400 and you probably won’t be sprinting anymore.

I wanted to see if there was a bit of a difference since I've been fixing my form. In my eyes it is lol 👌 Thanks to my personal video recorder lol for helping me out. - No 135lbs here today unfortunately.
