After eating meat all of my life, I decided to change my diet to see if I could notice any physical differences. And I definitely have! 3 months ago, I decided to cut all meat out apart from fish. I tried to go vegan once as well, but for me personally, especially with the work I do, it didn’t work for me. So I decided to stick to a plant based diet, but still introduce proteins and other vitamins from fish and seafood. Firstly, I feel great in myself! Especially around this time of year. Secondly, the weight has been stripping off me since. I’ve noticed a change pretty much every week. I’m training 4 times a week currently and in a slight calorie deficit. I’ve been in a calorie deficit before but the results I’m getting now are much more significant to when I did it eating meat. I’m going to stick to the same diet for the next 3 months and see where I’m at again. I’d just like to know what this diet is called? 😂 sea vegan? Pescavegan? WEG met de goede voornemens! 😏 . 2 weken en het is Kerstavond. Dan nog 2 keer met de ogen knipperen en daar is het nieuwe jaar alweer. 😁 . Met Nieuwjaar komt onvermijdelijk de waslijst aan goede voornemens. Ik geloof er niet zo in, want ze impliceren vaak een (te) drastische verandering waar je niet voldoende op voorbereid bent. Gevolg: crash and burn nog voor je goed en wel begonnen bent. 😬 k stel het hier wel wat cru, maar jullie snappen mijn punt. 😁 . In de plaats daarvan, you want to hit the ground running. Hetgeen betekent dat je in het nieuwe jaar een vliegende start kan maken en ineens kan doorpakken, omdat je al bezig was, al actie ondernomen hebt, al gestart bent! Voor jou dus geen shock to the system of plotse verandering omdat de datum nu toevallig 1 januari is, maar gewoon consequent verder bouwen aan jezelf. Klinkt dat niet zalig?! 🙏🏼 . Tip: hou de laatste 3 weken van dit jaar jouw sportroutine gewoon aan, dan kan je des te meer genieten van de feestdiners en sta jij zonder schuldgevoel erna terug in de les. 🤗💪🏼 .
