I think that being out of the gym for so long and traveling served as an unintentional cut and I’m not mad about it 🤔 although I liked the way that I looked with a higher body fat percentage I’m also really enjoying my arms right now 💪🏼💪🏼 So if you’re scared of taking time away from the gym just remember that you won’t lose that progress over night and not even over a few weeks. Just go with the flow and love yourself 💛💛💛💛💛 . . (Also this is not before and after traveling, it’s just posed/unposed to be clear okay have a good day) ✌🏼😽
