SENTADILLAS AL MAXIMO: Las sentadillas están consideradas como el ejercicio básico de piernas porque son duras y si las practicas con suficiente intensidad, acabarás obteniendo grandes resultados. El problema aparece cuando llevas haciéndolas tanto tiempo que has alcanzado un punto de estancamiento, ya sea en fuerza, tamaño o agotamiento general. ¿Qué puedes hacer entonces? Lo mismo que con cualquier otro grupo muscular: ¡Cambiar las cosas! LA SENTADILLA HACK:  El propósito de este ejercicio es desarrollar piernas más fuertes y gruesas. trabajando sobre todo el cuadríceps y los glúteos, aunque la posición de los pies puede llegar a modificar ligeramente el objetivo del ejercicio. Las separaciones mayores reclutan más la parte interior del muslo; los pies colocados bajos inciden sobre la parte inferior del muslo; y si juntamos más los pies podemos trabajar mejor el vasto externo. La sentadilla hack está diseñada para el aislamiento y agotamiento de los cuádriceps. Se diferencia de las tradicionales en que se centra en realizar una buena técnica y no en mover grandes pesos, además, se realiza en un plano inclinado, otorgándonos los grandes beneficios, es un ejercicio muy eficaz para desarrollar los cuádriceps y de forma segura. Puedes lograr desarrollar tus piernas sin hacer sentadilla? How much do your goals mean to you? Are you putting in the work to ensure you are training optimally? 🤔 . Prehab/Rehab is a huggeee asset to a training program and I could not recommend it enough! 💯 We smash ourselves in training and in every day life but never actually put the time in to recover properly, let alone do exercises that will benefit our life’s (and training) 10x fold! 🙌🏻 . My body has NEVER BEEN HAPPIER since following a rehab/prehab routine by @thesurfing.osteopath and I seriously could not be more stoked with the results! 😇 Crazy what can happen when you do the exercises your Osteo gives you...
