Petite séance épaules triceps aujourd'hui avec @julien.vq Je me suis rendue compte que je postais pas beaucoup de vidéo de training et encore moins d'épaules, (j'aime pas 😭...) alors voilà un petit extrait 😘 3exos - 8 rep sur le premier 14kg -12 rep sur le second 4kg -25 rep sur le dernier 2kg . En réalité, ça paraît pas lourd... J'ai l'habitude d'enchaîner trois exos sur les épaules avec un peu plus de poids. • BÍCEPS • 💪🏼Solemos enfocarnos mucho en piernas, glúteos y abdomen, porque convencionalmente eso es lo que “más” llama la atención de una mujer. 📍A partir de esa idea, trabajar brazos, espalda, hombros (parte superior) no es muy importante en la rutina de muchas mujeres. 🗑 Desechemos esa idea irracional, nuestros brazos no van a desarrollar tanto músculo como el que desarrolla un hombre(a no ser que recurras a esteroides anabólicos *derivan de la testosterona*) 🤚🏼 ☑️ Les dejo esta rutina de bíceps que me dejó ☠️: 1️⃣ curl de bícep en polea con barra: 12 x 3 2️⃣ martillo: 20 x 3 3️⃣ predicador: 10 x 3 Rutina de: @luismoralespiedra 👁: realiza los ejercicios con un peso que te permita hacer solo ese número de repeticiones, ni una más.
