Monday off work and training today due to still feeling 🤧😷. However, went a lovely walk this afternoon, got to good shopping, food prepped and then decided on some yoga practice tonight 🧘🏼‍♀️. Did a 35-40 minute flow and then finished off with some headstand practice then BOOM 💥, these happened!!! I think it might be my @proformnutritionsupps vest giving me magical powers 😜💫. How often do you work on your weaknesses? 🔑 This “before” picture was taken in January, after I had assessed all my joints and realized my hip capsules were “not in as good condition as they could be” (framing conditions in a positive manner is just as important as the physical work, in this case deteriorating capsular health as denoted by declining internal rotation). I have been working on my hips diligently and can’t wait to show you the progress - but here is the real lesson: . . Constantly look for, find, and work on your weaknesses. They don’t have to by physical either! Most of mine are emotional or spiritual. Example: you are scared of public speaking. Instead of shying away from public situations, put yourself in situations that will make you speak in public, take a class, or join a club. Trust me when I say it is not fun to work on my hips, but I do it diligently and mindfully because I know how much the process will teach me, how much it will pay dividends later, and how much I deserve to reach my full potential of expression (through freedom of capacity). We all deserve this. Growth is our birthright. When is the last time you intentionally looked for a weakness in yourself?
