Start with overloaded rows followed by deep dumbbell pullovers as deep as you can go so as to activate your upper lats as much as possible. Immediately following dumbbell pullovers crank out skull crushers performed full range of motion or almost to the ground for maximum upper lats activation. Have someone guide you and support when performing deep pullovers and deep skull crushers until you feel safe and confident that you can bring the weight down as low as you can on your own. A strong core will literally help you in your everyday life; walking, bending down, turning, etc. Not to mention..a strong core is required to lift heavy. Tag a friend and give this one a try! ▫️Battle Rope Russian Twists: Hahahahaha good luck :) ▫️Oblique Crunch To Reach: With the amount of movement in this exercises, it’s very easy to stop engaging your core. Focus on keeping your belly button pushed inward. Go slower if needed ▫️Cable Crunches: Notice how in the beginning I take a deep breath. As I release, I engage my core: tightening overall, bringing my belly button in, sinking my back into the ground. You’ll see so many people perform ab exercises with their abs NOT engaged. Also notice how small of a movement this one is - when your stomach is engaged this is all that’s needed ▫️Leg Lift Crunches: Keeping your core engaged here is extremely important because once again - so much movement.
