Går sen runt på de två för att kunna provocera samma muskler två ggr per vecka. Centralt är mark och bänk just nu. En ny favorit i mitt överkroppspass är #arnoldpress där det tog några pass att få in tekniken men den känns riktigt bra nu! I dagens bänk blev det 5x5 på 85 två set och 80 tre set. ARNOLD PRESS Arnold presses are one of favorite shoulder movements. I prefer Arnold presses over traditional seated dumbbell shoulder presses because they allow you a greater range of motion so that you can hit your shoulders more effectively. With traditional shoulder presses, it's easy to limit your range of motion and I'll often see people stopping at parallel on the way down which short changes your shoulders and puts a lot of emphasis on your triceps instead. If you haven’t tried Arnold presses, give them a shot. A recent study comparing the Arnold press & the regular overhead press took a look at which exercise would produce more muscle activation during muscle contraction. The results show that the Arnold Press was more effective between the two variations. 💯 Creating more activation the Arnold press will allow you to build more size in your shoulders. This move is so effective because it hits all three sections of the deltoid. Working the medial head adds thickness and width to your shoulders while the posterior head stabilizes the shoulder joint, improves posture, and Aids the big pulling muscles during deadlifts, pull-ups, rows and farmer walks. 💯 All of that is great but there is a risk with the Arnold press... you run the risk of shoulder impingement as you rotate the weights. If you have any shoulder pain you should stop. Focus on strengthening your back muscles with Superman holds and DB or banded external rotations. 💯 if you've never done this exercise before and want to give it a try I recommend starting with low weight for 6-8 reps, do not over rotate the weights, be aware of how you move the dumbbells through the movement, take your time and make sure palms never face away from eachother (as you can see mine are symmetrical at all times)
