What’s your goal? Kalau aku awalnya suka muaythai dan berujung ketagihan. Dulu aku ga suka banget liat org berotot walaupun skrg ga berotot gimana jg tapi suka liat org yg badannya lean gitu. Aku olahraga udah 2 tahun. 1 tahun lebih muaythai dan skrg lagi kerajingan sama HIIT gitu. Lagi mau fokusin bikin abs, susahnya minta ampun apalagi ga dibarengin makan yg sehat, lagi coba rebus2 sayur buat makan siang tapi makan malemnya masih belum dijaga, ga makan nasi juga karena aku ngerasa makan nasi siang2 bikin aku ngantuk. I used to do just cardio and eat lots of salads 😩 I know!
