If you have seen my stories you know that today I received a message from a guy saying “Be careful because your arms are getting too big!” And he continued “I didn’t want to offend you but to warn you that it is a SHAME to ruin your physique”. WOW! . So, I’m glad photoshop gave me the possibility to adjust my body for the better (first picture): tiny waist, bigger butt, and my arms are finally smaller🥳 and my smile is even bigger.. because they say we are nicer when we smile, don’t they? Wow.. Ah sorry, I didn’t know how to increase my breast size... shame on me!! . That’s BULLSHIT. How can someone feel entitled to give his own opinion on MY body? How can a person be so mean to another human being? How can society still be so behind? All questions that crossed my mind today. . Every body shape is BEAUTIFUL and deserves to be celebrated. Tall, short, slim, fat, muscular, whatever you are, you are beautiful, you deserve to be loved. Whatever is your body shape, you should be happy and proud of it, because it is unique and incredible. ⭐ Supine hollow with resistance band⭐ ​- ​A great progression for anterior core drills like planks. ​Key points: ​- ​1️⃣ Reach arms to the feet to keep tension on the band and to pack the shoulders to the trunk. ​2️⃣ Maintain tension through the quads & pull the toes up to knees ​3️⃣ Be sure the sternum/upper back come up with the head/neck ​4️⃣ Keep the ribs packed into the abdomen without a rib flare while going through a full breath cycles throughout the hold. ​- ​To start, I recommend doing pyramid sets of 10 sec holds/rep.
