JUMPING FOR JOYYY!!! • I reached my goals in my business... and from here I just keep going up up up... time to kick myself into high gear and keep going... • Wow... has my life changed in just the few months I’ve been a coach and it’s a life I’m so excited to live and see where each day takes me! I started this journey just 2 months ago and ever since I feel like I have found my purpose. Helping others has always been something I’ve enjoyed... my jobs have always involved putting others before myself. But along the way I found I wasn’t making any time for myself. It’s so hard to help other people when you can barely help yourself. So I got my fitness under control, made routines that made me happy, and made time for myself to just relax and be ME! And for that I’m so grateful.... I’m so happy I realized what I needed and gave myself that time and grace. • If you feel like you’re slipping away from yourself... it’s okay... the best part is you have REALIZED IT! But now do something about it. Give yourself time to be yourself in your own space and reach out to others... do not be ashamed and do not like DO NOT hide out and talk to no one. It will get you no where but into a dark hole. For serious!!! • Time to take control of your life again people.... and it all starts with you!! •
