A Facebook friend recently posted about a man who wrote a book teaching men how to to convince their partners to get breast augmentations. 🤔 . As you can imagine this stirred up quite the conversation.🗣 . I responded to the post with: . “I love my small ballerina breasts. 💖 . No man is going to convince me to get bigger breasts. 😏 . If he cannot be turned on with how I am as I am, he can move on. 😉 . But to put things in perspective, the fact is for every man that loves big boobs, there is a man who loves small boobs and every size boob! ❣️ . With that said, everyone has their own path and journey so for the man who wrote this book, his partner and others who resonate with it, it's their prerogative. . I also support my friends and those who feel moved to augment their breasts. 🙌🏼 . I’m not for or against breast augmentation. If a woman feels wonderful and confident about getting a boob job done, power to her. Ain’t nothing wrong with that ✨ . However, I feel moved and inspired to support those who have small boobs and may feel bad or pressure to change them in order to fit in. 🙌🏼 . All boobs are beautiful no matter what shape and size. These hips don’t lie...👙 ~ As I’m wading into the water down at the beach yesterday, I catch a really gorgeous looking man looking at me. “He’s staring at your thighs” ego says. “Quick pull your tummy in!” ~ I follow the instructions of my ego and walk a little faster into the water. WHAAAAATTTT!? Now I’m not someone who’s ever considered herself to be really conscious of the way she looks 95% of the time. This was the first time I caught a moment of the remaining 5%. ~ Consciously, I thank my body for being healthy and strong every single day. But the mud that lies underneath the surface of the water whispers a different story, as I already feel guilty for putting honey in my short black this morning. Shit I found werk to do. As a teacher told me, “the ‘cerebral’ thinking mind won’t get you where you want to go”. ▽ The practice isn’t about doing harder poses, but cultivating deeper awareness, deeper listening and deeper connection within the form. ▽ When we compare our form to general alignment archetypes, we get a clear map of where our habits and tendencies are, physically and emotionally. This clarity helps us free blockages that keep us unhappy and attached. ▽ Attention and precision helps us align the body in ways that improve the relationships between and functioning within the organs. Well-functioning organs lead to a calm mind. And a calm, clear mind gives us a path into the heart space.

“Without any identifications, who are you? Have you ever thought about it?...If you detach yourself completely from all the things you have identified yourself with, you will realize yourself as the pure “I”. In that pure “I” there is no difference between you and me.” - quoted from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali ✨ Recently, I’ve started to revisit and reread this book, and this was one of the many verses that stood out to me. If we stripped away the labels, identities, and stories, what do we find? A pure you and I, a unified one, a blank canvas to create. 🌜 So I thought to do this little exercise, and perhaps you’d like to join me too: 1. Write down all the identifications you tend to label yourself with (be completely honest, raw, and vulnerable here - include the negatives AND the positives) 2. Now strip it away, what do you find? For me, I found a blank slate - something with no final destination but rather a road paved for creation. Negative or positive, when the labels are removed, I found a space to simply grow and create. Repost: @jnet_voo . 1. Strap Stretch: Move your arms back and forward in full range of motion 20 times or more. 2.Side stretch with Strap: Pull with bottom hand. 3. Eagle Arms: Cross elbows and wrists. Round the spine slightly. 4. Cow Face Arms: Top palm faces in, bottom palm faces out. Hook fingers and pull against each other. 5. Chest Stretch: Arm can be straight or 90 degrees 6. Posterior Deltoid Stretch: Arm reaches across the chest. Push with the bent knee. 7. Puppy Stretch with blocks: Keep elbows shoulder width apart. Sink chest . 8. Thread and needle for arms: Try to stack the shoulders and turn the chest up toward the ceiling. 9. Forward Fold with Arms Overhead with strap: Keep arms shoulder width apart, knees can be slightly bend if hamstrings are tight. . . Hold 1-2 mins for each poses. Но важно владеть телом и хорошо выполнять простые позы, а главное, надо хорошо объяснять, как они делаются. Также необходимо знать подводящие асаны, найти ключи к каждому ученику. Например, перед тем, как сесть в «лотос», нужно сделать Позу Голубя, и другие асаны на раскрытие тазобедренных суставов. Иначе человек будет пытаться сделать ее за счет излишней скрутки коленных суставов, что вредно. Еще нужно разбираться в анатомических аспектах, в вопросах травмобезопасности йоги. Wheel variation. See here’s the thing with wheel, when you finally get it, it feels awesome to take your heels away from the mat and press through your toes. It feels great because... a)You feel like you are going so much further and bigger and deeper b) You feel awesome and that the pose is easier because you stop working the back body (you no longer press through the heels so it’s easier on the major muscle groups). Bad news: what it does do is make the spine unsupported unless you can get that full leg and back body engagement. Practice heels off the floor with a brick 🧱 between your thighs please. Support your back with muscular engagement please. And then take your fancy instagram pose 😉 please. How to #lunge? . Feet hip width, step about a meter apart (or far enough so both knees can be at 90° at the lowest; actual distance is individual). . Body upright, spine neutral. Back heel up, bend BOTH knees (top pictures). Both knees should track the respective feet. IF possible, bend both to 90°, front knee above ankles, back knee below hips. Contract abs and glutes to tuck tail under to maintain neutral spine. . If there's insufficient #mobility (strength AND flexibility) in hips, knees, ankles or toes, you may end up arching the lower back and leaning forward to compensate as in the lower pictures

Get outside: Aim for 30 minutes outside even if it is overcast. This triggers the brain to release chemicals that regulate sleep cycles. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 2. Get better sleep: Try avoid using technology 1-2 hours before you sleep. You can also try using low blue light exposure as it helps your brain reset for sleep and increase melatonin. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 🌿🌿🌿
