I was going to through a lot in my personal life when I first started Orangetheory. In the beginning, I was taking 2-3 classes a week. I’ll admit it was tough at first to attend the classes. Being that I was depressed, felt overweight, and overwhelmed with stress due to changes in my life. Slowly but surely I started attending more classes per week. I started to notice weight loss and realized working out at Orangetheory it was my THERAPY!!! My family, co-workers, and friends started to see a change in me physically and emotionally for the good. I shared with them that I joined the best gym EVER!! Also, mentioned to them the staff and coaches are just as amazing! The coaches are my therapist because of them they have motivated me to keep on going when I wanted to give up. 6.5 months later. I’ve lost 18lbs, feel strong, and confident.
