Actually also had a latte & shared a cake on a catch-up with a friend ๐ŸคญI tracked it but the cake sent me too far into the fat percentage ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ โ€ขDinner was a twist on Mac n Cheese mixed with cauliflower & topped with mozzarella & stuffing mix! Two Cumberland sausages, two thick cut smoked bacon, two potato cakes (cos in England tattie scones are a rarity so these had tae do) and one egg with a perfect runny yolk. Whacked it all in a roll. Upon reflection of this week, I haven't been prepared with my lunches the night before and my parents (who aren't particularly well versed in cooking SW style) have been cooking dinner all week as they've been off. So this week I aim to get at least that lb off and I'm going to be more prepared with lunches and make dinners up this weekend to pull out of the freezer in the week.
