Damals hob ich nur die chipstüten , heute hebe ich Gewichte ! Mein Leben hat sich um 180grad gedreht . Mein Klickmoment ? Ganz klar war das dieser Moment , als der Internist zu mir sagte , dass ich eine Fettleber , eine vergrößerte Milz und ein vergrößertes Herz habe ! Ihr glaubt garnicht was in den Moment in mir vorging. Ich hatte Angst , wirklich fürchterliche Angst ... Angst meinen 30. Geburtstag nicht zu erleben . Mit 27 Jahren ... so jung .... Bluthochdruck, Organe angegriffen , Bandscheibenvorfall! Und jetzt ??? Mir gehts gut . Ich habe sensationelle Blutwerte , keinen Bluthochdruck mehr und absolut keine Schmerzen mehr in der Bandscheibe . Wenn ich so dadrüber schreibe , könnte ich heulen ! Wie kann man es nur so weit kommen lassen ? Bei mir gibt es keine Ausrede wie , ja mein Übergewicht kommt von der Pille etc ... NEIN , es kam vom ... sorry.... FRESSEN ! Ist einfach so, ich will nix schön reden . Back thickness: T-bar rows. Probably one of the most common exercises done incorrectly. . 90% of the time I’ll see guys rack up 4-7 plates on it stand up almost straight and literally shrug the bar or have 2-4 inches of range of motion 🤦🏼‍♂️🙅🏼‍♂️ You are no longer working the target muscles. Waste of time and you look like an idiot. . To get the most out of this exercise, you need to keep your chest parallel or just right above parallel to the ground. The starting point of this movement should have the plate about 1 or 2 inches off the ground and from that point the angle of your body should not change. . Another tip is instead of using 45lb plates use the 25s. That will allow you to get better range of motion, which will give you better contractions and a better pump. Also, make sure you are driving with your elbows. Try to take your hands out of the movement and what I mean by that is pretend the tension is connected to your elbow not your hands. ——— ✔️ Need help or guidance with nutrition or training programs?
