Waste of time and you look like an idiot. . To get the most out of this exercise, you need to keep your chest parallel or just right above parallel to the ground. The starting point of this movement should have the plate about 1 or 2 inches off the ground and from that point the angle of your body should not change. . Another tip is instead of using 45lb plates use the 25s. That will allow you to get better range of motion, which will give you better contractions and a better pump. Also, make sure you are driving with your elbows. It’s been a LONG time since I’ve been in a position to be able to do a race flat lay but here it is! Looking forward to the Asics 10K tomorrow morning.
