Just because something is labeled "vegan" ๐Ÿ‘‰ does not make it automatically good for you ๐Ÿšซ - - August 8, 2016 โžก๏ธ Feb 27, 2017 Debating on posting this for a while, but i wanted to show you guys how much your diet affects your body!๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ First pic was 6 months into summer, I gained all the weight i lost from going vegan - I was drinking 4-5 times a week and eating like SHIT, vegan of course but this goes to show that you can totally be an unhealthy vegan! I was eating highly processed foods vegan junk food and my fat intake was way too high! This caused me to have no energy/motivation to work out at all! I still worked out 4-5 times a week but i put minimal effort into each and every one of my workouts and was extremely lazy throughout my days sitting on my ass the whole time Second pic was from a few days ago, I've lost 16lbs since the first pic. I got back on track with my regular high carb, low fat, no oil lifestyle and feel better than ever! I have the energy and motivation again to work out and put all my effort/push myself in all of them! I work out 5-6 times a week and walk AT LEAST and sometimes even more than 40mins every weekday to and from school! These are just the physical transformations but mentally i feel so much better about myself, i have more energy my skin has gotten so much better (ill eventually post a transformation of my skin in the future) and i overall feel so much better! #StrongerGreen

I typically prep fruits (like these strawberries) and vegetables so they are ready to go when I need them. Store them in your Tupperware containers and you're good to go! The set typically involves lighter weights and very high repetitions (from 40 up to 100) This training variable can be beneficial for muscle growth... however, if you use burnout sets too frequently, you could run the risk of overtraining, developing injuries and slowing your gains ๐Ÿšซ Try adding these pull ups to failure to the end of your back/bicep training day! Feel free to use the assisted pull up machine... rememeber, pull ups are hard on their own! They are MUCH more difficult done to failure at the END of a workout! ๐Ÿ’ช #StrongerGreen
