Do what ya can with what ya got πŸ‘‰ That's typically my motto when it comes to hotel gym workouts πŸ’ͺOften times hotels will be very limited on machines, dumbbells, stability balls, bands, cables and cardio equipment... so limited on everything basically πŸ˜‚ I try to plan upper body days on travel days because I find they are "easier" to do in a hotel gym (as opposed to a heavy leg day). I also utilize different rep ranges and variables depending on the size dumbbells available (iso-holds and burnout sets are great for lighter weight dumbbells)πŸ‘ Below are some exercises I did for my shoulder & core day while on tha road πŸ‘‡ - - 1.
