Where are you going? How are you getting there? Driving? Walking? Biking? Any stops along the way? You get the picture. First, set GOALS! Second, invest in a FITNESS TRACKER! It is important to know how many calories you are currently burning so I can help you determine how much of a deficit or surplus you need to be in (and for how long) to hit your goals. Otherwise, we are both guessing and taking our best shot in the dark. - - Cardio πŸ‘‰ See answer to question 1. Cardio is a method used to increase daily calories burned. If you're burning too many calories while trying to build muscle, you won't build muscle! If you're not burning enough calories while trying to lose weight, you won't lose weight (Note: there are MANY benefits of doing cardio but we'll leave it there for this post 😁) Bottom line πŸ‘‰ TRACK, TRACK, TRACK!
